Banana Oatmeal Cookies💛😍

Hello everyone💛

How are you, my dear friends? I hope everyone is well and cheerful.
Today my kitchen smells of healthy and delicious cookies.

Yes, I can't wait and excited to share these delicious cookies with you.
For a long time, I didn't want to eat anything caloric, so I took a break from cakes and cookies.

While I was going to make porridge for a snack, I said why don't I use these oats in a different way and this delicious cookie came to my mind.
I had made similar cookie recipes in the past, but they had flour and oil in them. I can say that this new cookie recipe is much more innocent.
I love the deliciousness of healthy food. Unfortunately, this is not always possible:)

I usually drink my coffee black and don't want to eat much with it. But this does not apply to tea and milk. Eating snacks while sipping tea is one of my favorite activities:)

For this reason, I am looking for such innocent snacks.
When I think of cookies, the first thing that comes to my mind is a big glass of milk.

I love the harmony of milk and cookies, my indispensable habit since my childhood.

Then I am starting to tell the recipe of these cookies.

Ingredients

-2 small ripe bananas
-1 cup oats
-1 teaspoon peanut butter
-6-7 pieces of walnut
-2 dates
-some chocolate

Recipe

First of all, I start by heating the oven at 170 degrees.

In a suitable bowl, I mash the bananas with the help of a fork.

I crush the walnuts by hand and put them on top of the bananas. You can also crush the walnuts in a chopper, but I like to feel them while eating and leave them in large pieces.

I add a teaspoon of peanut butter to the mixture and stir.

I add dates in large chunks. I definitely use dates in recipes where I don't use sugar. It is a fruit that I love to eat because it balances the sugar ratio and has a fibrous structure.

I thought chocolate would go well with such a healthy food and I added some chocolate chips. you can use any chocolate you like.

Finally, I complete the mixture by adding the oats. The oats were about one cup. Of course, add it in a controlled manner because this ratio may vary depending on the size of the banana.

I stir well to mix all the ingredients together and it's ready.

I spread baking paper on the baking tray and put the mixture on the tray with the help of a spoon. You don't need a regular shape, however you want it. I smoothed the edges with a spoon and gave it a round shape.

I baked it in my preheated oven at 170 degrees, on the fanless setting for about 20-25 minutes.
It is useful to check frequently during the cooking time, thin cookies may burn.

It is a little soft when it comes out of the oven. For this reason, do not intervene until it cools down. When the temperature has passed, take it on a baking sheet and wait for it to thicken well on a plate.

Grab a glass of milk and taste the delicious cookies.

Bon appetit to everyone

wow, how delicious those cookies look and with milk is the best, for my snacks I prefer milk especially if it's a cookie or a delicious bread.
