1️⃣ When was the last time you went out of your comfort zone, and what did you accomplish?
Muchas veces no alcanzamos nuestras metas y sueños por miedo a salir de nuestra zona de confort, es ahí donde nos sentimos seguros, evitamos los problemas y sentimos que tenemos toda la situación bajo control, pero hay momentos en nuestra vida que tenemos que asumir retos para alcanzar el éxito, no es fácil, tenemos miedo al futuro y tenemos dudas en nuestra cabeza y una gran pregunta: ¿merecen la pena los cambios?
Many times we do not achieve our goals and dreams for fear of leaving our comfort zone, that is where we feel safe, we avoid problems and feel we have the whole situation under control, but there are times in our life that we have to take on challenges to achieve success, it is not easy, we are afraid of the future and we have doubts in our head and a big question: are the changes worth it?
Hace un tiempo me ofrecieron un trabajo en otra ciudad a 3 horas de distancia por un buen sueldo, una empresa de prestigio con un buen ambiente de trabajo, en mi mente era como una película en ese momento mis hijos eran pequeños pero necesitaba el trabajo urgentemente, fue un reto aceptar, me insistieron en varias ocasiones, empecé a cuestionarme si aceptaba como hago para llevar a los niños al colegio, es un camino largo pero el sueldo lo vale, cuando me voy a dormir me hago muchas más preguntas iba a dejar mi zona de confort mis comodidades y la de mis hijos.
Some time ago I was offered a job in another city 3 hours away for a good salary, a prestigious company with a good working environment, in my mind it was like a movie at that time my children were small but I needed the job urgently, it was a challenge to accept, they insisted on several occasions, I began to question if I accepted as I do to take the children to school, it is a long way but the salary is worth it, when I go to sleep I ask myself many more questions I was going out of my comfort zone my comforts and that of my children.
Me arriesgué y acepté el trabajo, fue complicado adaptarme al horario de trabajo, al transporte, al cuidado y atención de los niños, no siempre me fue bien, llegué tarde muchas veces, recibí un poco de ayuda de mi madre que me ayudaba con el cuidado de los niños, pero al final valió la pena salir de mi zona de confort, Duré unos años hasta que renuncié por motivos de salud, me llamaron muchas veces para que volviera a trabajar con ellos, hice muy buenos amigos, para mí fue un éxito salir de mi zona de confort, valió la pena el riesgo, no digo que fue fácil, el miedo me paralizaba, pero lo logré, lo volvería a hacer.
I took the risk and accepted the job, it was complicated to adapt to the work schedule, the transportation, the care and attention of the children, I did not always do well, I was late many times, I received a little help from my mother who helped me with the care of the children, but in the end it was worth it to get out of my comfort zone, I lasted a few years until I resigned for health reasons, They called me many times to come back to work with them, I made very good friends, for me it was a success to get out of my comfort zone, it was worth the risk, I am not saying that it was easy, fear paralyzed me, but I made it, I would do it again.

Qué bien es salir de la zona de confort, y además haber tenido a tú mamá para que te apoyará. Yo en mi caso vivo a una hora de mi mamá y no tengo apoyo para que me cuiden los niños. Por eso siempre veo con anhelo a las mujeres que tienen a su mami apoyándolas eso vale oro. Que buena experiencia nos comparte, a veces nos da pánico salir de la zona de confort, pero todo cambio trae un resultado hermoso
No es fácil salir de la zona de confort es un riesgo que hay que tomar, yo tuve la bendición que mi mamá me ayudó a cuidarlos gracias por comentar bendiciones 💞

Que bueno que aceptaras ese empleo que en su momento te brindó una gran oportunidad. Salir de la zona de confort es difícil pero realmente he aprendido que es así como nos permitimos lograr grandes cosas y aprender de ello.

Wow, thank you for your honesty, the fact that you are telling us honestly that you also were late a few time and that it was hard is also the end result from trying to get outside the comfort zone. And i am sorry that the health issues were there and that you had to stop.

Because of the distance between my home and work it was difficult to always be on time 😃 but it was cool while it lasted which was several years, thanks for your valuable comment blessings 💞.
And for that time that was good and the payment was good aswell and that always helps and now you moved on and that’s good aswell
