This week has been a little complicated my mother has had some health problems so I had to go to the emergency room, the hours are eternal it is easy to engage in conversation with other people, while waiting for my mom to be attended the nurse told me to go to the waiting room, nearby was a girl who would not stop crying many times you need to unburden yourself I saw her so desperate that I offered her some water to calm down a little, then she tells me the worst enemy of a person are their own thoughts.

There she began to tell me part of the story, her younger sister was torn between life and death, she was attacked by her own husband, the girl told me that he was a very quiet man, affectionate with his wife and son, he liked sports despite being 30 years old, he was already economically stable, we could say that he was an exemplary man, yesterday she does not know what happened exactly, the neighbors called her that her sister's husband had shot her and she was very serious... I was speechless... Who is your worst enemy?

What thoughts are going through your head right now? How can a person be loving and tender and harbor destructive thoughts? The religious attribute it to demons, psychologists to emotional disorder, or as it happens to a neighbor who says he hears voices so his relatives keep him sedated so he does not commit a superior madness, I do believe that we are our worst enemy we act with violence to situations that really is not so serious, and worst of all is that we believe manifest and maintain to be right and justify all our actions that are not always correct we offend with bad words, do you think that offending with bad words makes you a better person? I believe that each person gives what he has in his mind and in his heart.

Have you ever thought about what kind of person you are, surely you are thinking who cares, so every day I am convinced that we are slaves of our thoughts, some are more optimistic than others, but is it really so or is it just a facade? Of course it does not necessarily have to be like that, there are people who fill their mind with positive thoughts, there is also the person that everything that looks bad, their thoughts are negative, while returning home in the car I told my brother who accompanied me everything that had happened, his answer was if you are optimistic you always end up disappointed, if your thoughts are pessimistic you end up bitter or with an incurable disease, it is best to be realistic that was his thought, it has logic; but now my question is at what level are your thoughts? Positive, negative or realistic?

Everything you put in your thoughts is what you take out if you fill your thoughts with negative feelings that is what you are going to transmit, the important thing is to work on our thoughts, it is impossible to change the minds of others, but you can make a difference, these are my thoughts today, everyone has the right to have their own thoughts as long as they do not harm another person.
