Jugo de tomate de árbol, un sabor inolvidable.//Tree tomato juice, an unforgettable flavor.

Saludos querida comunidad!, ¿Cómo les va? En esta oportunidad confieso que soy fan de las frutas cítricas, en este caso les hablo del tomate de árbol, además de ser una fruta de un importante componente agridulce, ciertamente es nutritivo al contener vitamina A, C y la E, es idóneo para reforzar el sistema inmune y porque nos facilitará en el proceso digestivo posterior de haber ingerido una comida pesada.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 tomate de árbol
  • 1 litro de agua
  • 200 gramos de azúcar
  • Hielo

En primer lugar, agregaremos en una olla un poco de agua y los tomate de árbol, retirar del fuego cuando esté ablandada la cáscara y se deja reposar.

A continuación, procedo a separar la cáscara de la pulpa, esto para evitar que el jugo se vuelva amargo.

Luego añado la pulpa del tomate de árbol en la licuadora con el agua de su cocción, agrego el azúcar. Debemos licuarlo hasta que se obtenga una mezcla homogénea.

Cuelo el jugo para retirar las semillas.

Incorporo hielo al vaso y sirvo para degustar del exquisito jugo de tomate de árbol.

Resultado Final:

El jugo de tomate de árbol en particular, lo probé hace aproximadamente 6 años, cuando mi papá requería de bebidas que le subieran las defensas a su organismo, ya había escuchado de sus beneficios mas no lo había probado, actualmente al momento de prepararlo me produce una sensación de bienestar y gratitud hacia las personas que me animaron a probarlo. Then I add the pulp of the tree tomato in the blender with the water from its cooking, I add the sugar. We must blend it until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Strain the juice to remove the seeds.

I add ice to the glass and serve to taste the exquisite tree tomato juice.

Final result:

The tree tomato juice in particular, I tried it about 6 years ago, when my dad needed drinks that would raise his body's defenses, I had already heard of its benefits but I had not tried it, now when I prepare it, it gives me a sense of wellbeing and gratitude to the people who encouraged me to try it.
