Tizana, una bebida tradicional venezolana de sabor inigualable. [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos Hivers, en especial los amantes del buen comer, en esta oportunidad les presento una bebida refrescante y muy deliciosa, por su exquisita combinación de frutas, les hablo de la tizana, muy popular en mis país Venezuela y muy especial en mi estado Barinas, por ser una región llanera conseguimos estas frutas en cualquier casa, mercado y sobretodo a muy buen precio.

Ingredientes:

• 1 Sandía.
• 1 Papaya.
• 2 kilos de Bananas.
• 1 melón
• 3 Manzanas.
• 2 Piñas.

Comence lavando y picando las frutas en cuadritos, este es un porceso que lleva su tiempo, como era una bebida para darle a mis hijos y sobrinos, tome la precaución de que las frutas fueran picadas en trozos pequeños, sobretodo la manzana que le deje con la concha.

Todas las frutas ya picadas las coloque en un bol grande, se ve hermosa la combinación de los colores.

Para el líquido lo hice con sandía y añadí trozos de banana para que la mezcla fuera más consistente.

Listo el jugo de sandía con bananas, lo agrego al recipiente y comienzo a mezclar, no le agrego azúcar, el dulzor se lo da cada una de las frutas que allí se agregan.

Resultado Final:

I started by washing and chopping the fruits into squares, this is a process that takes time, as it was a drink to share with my children and nephews, I took the precaution that the fruits were chopped into small pieces, especially the apple that I left with peel.

All the chopped fruits are placed in a large bowl, the color combination looks beautiful.

For the liquid I made it with watermelon and added pieces of banana to make the mixture more consistent.

Ready the watermelon juice with banana, I add it to the container and start mixing, I do not add sugar, the sweetness is given by each of the fruits that are added there.
