Chicken Medallion and Vegetables | Recipe

Well friends, today I want to share with you a very healthy and delicious recipe to be honest I started a new habit in my life which is to eat a little healthier, I eat a lot of junk food and it turns out that it was hurting me so if I love me and I love me I should take care of my health.

Bueno amigos, yo hoy quiero compartirles una receta muy saludable y exquisita para serles sinceros empeze un nuevo hábito en mi vida que es comer un poco más sano, soy mucho de comer comida chatarra y resulta que eso me estaba haciendo daño así que si me quiero y me amo debo cuidar más mi salud.

This recipe is very simple to prepare, besides its colorfulness is really nice, it is very healthy, at least for the person who does not like vegetables, this is a very ingenious way to accompany them with something else and so their flavor will not be so dry. Many people don't like vegetables and I think this is a great way to eat them. My dear friends, here are the ingredients I used for this dish and the step by step instructions...🤗

Está receta es muy sencilla de preparar,aparte que su colorido es verdaderamente lindo, es muy sana por lo menos a la persona que no le gusten los vegetales está es una manera muy ingeniosa de acompañarlos con algo más y así su sabor no será tan seco. A muchas personas no les gusta los vegetales y pienso que esto es una buena manera de comerlos.. Mis querido amigos acá les dejo los ingredientes que utilize para este platillo y su paso a paso..🤗


Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
Ground pepper
Garlic sauce
1 tablespoon of salt
Half a carrot
1 potato
1 Bunch of Vanitas.
Prunes Raisins

Ingredientes:

1 Pechuga de pollo
Pimienta Molida
Salsa de ajo
1 cucharada de Sal
Media zanahoria
1 papa
1 Manojo de Vainitas.
Ciruela Pasas


Step 1:
Season the breast well with salt, pepper and the garlic sauce, then chop into pieces a little carrot, put some chopped Vanitas and prunes.

Paso 1:
Sazonar bien la pechuga con sal, pimienta y la salsa de ajo, luego se pica en trozos un poco de zanahoria, se le colocan unas Vainitas y ciruela pasas cortadas.

Step 2:
We roll our breast delicately so that it does not break or the ingredients come out, once rolled we cut a thread of about half a meter and tie the breast carefully, we insert some toothpicks to make it a little firmer.

Paso 2:
Enrollamos nuestra pechuga delicadamente para que no se rompa ni se salgan los ingredientes, una vez enrollada cortamos un hilo de aproximadamente medio metro y amarramos la pechuga cuidadosamente, le insertamos unos palillos para que se ponga un poco más firme.

Step 3:
Add oil to our pan and place the breast in it, wait a few minutes until it is cooked, it should be golden brown.

Paso 3:
Agregamos aceite a nuestro recipiente y colocamos allí la pechuga, esperamos unos minutos hasta que se logre su cocción debe quedar doradita.

Step 4:
We chop our breast into thick slices so that it will not break.

Paso 4:
Picamos nuestra pechuga en rodajas gruesas para que no se vaya a romper.

Preparation of vegetables:🥗

Place a bowl with water and add the vegetables, once they are ready, remove them and take off all the skin so that they are very clean, cut the vegetables and season them with pepper and salt and a touch of oil and they are ready to plate.

Colocamos un recipiente con agua y le agregamos los vegetales, ya una vez listos los retiramos y le quitamos toda la cascarita para que queden muy limpios, cortamos los vegetales y los sazonamos con pimienta y sal y un toque de aceite y ya quedan listos para emplatar.

And so my friends are our Medallions of chicken and vegetables, I put some fresh green lettuce leaves to decorate the dish and look a little more colorful, the truth is a delight I invite you to make them .. I hope you liked this recipe, I as I had to travel home again I will prepare a disposable tray there I put them and I brought them and so I could share them with my husband who loved them.

Y así mis amigos quedan nuestros Medallones de pollo y Vegetales,le coloque unas hojas de lechuga verde muy frescas para decorar el plato y se viera un poco más colorido,la verdad son una delicia los invito a que los hagan.. espero que les haya gustado está receta, yo como tenía que viajar a casa nuevamente me prepararé una bandejita desechable allí los coloque y me los traje y así podía compartirlos con mi esposo que le encantaron.
