FAMILY DAY OUT

It's been a while since my family and I spend some time outside our home. The last time it happened was in May this year when we visited the beach 🏖️ and my kids were just super excited about that. They are the type that loves going out to all these fun places if possible every weekend forgetting that it comes with a price 🤦😂. Well, I wouldn't blame them because they are unaware of how our present economy is. Going out to have fun is very nice and I love to have it often as well but then, when the economy is not smiling, I had to consider our basic needs first such as food, education, and co before other extra pleasures outside the home which attracts extra funds 🤦😂. I know you wouldn't blame me for this decision, I am only putting priority first, however, the festive season is fast approaching and it should be another season of taking them out for as much as they want. lolz.

So about yesterday, my immediate elder brother's wife gave birth to a beautiful 😍 baby girl and so we went to spend some time with the baby.

This has been a day my boys have been craving for. From the picture above, those 3 boys are my sons with my cousin's sister and, me, and of course the new baby girl 😍. At first, when I informed my kids about this outing, oh my goodness 🤭 😂, they were extra excited....my first son was like finally, we will step out of this house aside from going to school daily 😂. My second son gave me the question of my life🤦😂, "mummy are you not going to born a baby girl for us in this house?"...hmmm, I didn't answer him...lolz, don't even ask me the answer to that question because it has no answer oo 😂😂, I am done! Lolz

We arrived at my brother's house and my kids couldn't contain their joy seeing the newborn baby. They were carrying the baby one after the other in admiration. The preparation to see the baby was another fun moment in my house. My boys have discussed what to gist the baby and I couldn't help but laugh out my worries 😂. They fail to understand that the baby cannot understand so many things now but it didn't stop them from gisting the baby about the latest cartoon they watched and other fun play over there😊

Wow, the few hours we spent there were fun, we ate and drank and rounded it up with fruits🍓🍑...what an entertainment from my brother and his wife. My husband went with us as well but he doesn't like taking pictures 😂 and that's why he is missing in the shots here.

My boys didn't want to go home anymore, they wanted to stay back and keep carrying their new baby girl or better still carry the baby back to my home 😊☺️...

Our family day out was fun and relaxing, indeed it's good to leave the house sometimes...we had extra time to stroll and made some fun with each while discussing our plans for this new week and the forthcoming festive holiday as a family.
