Have You Ever Felt Behind in Life?
I know that life is different for everyone; after all, destiny differs. God never created humans to be the same; there is always this uniqueness, different paces, and all that.
To some people, they are having it very easy, having access to whatever they want as simple as ABC, while some aren't; it's all about struggle to survive, struggle to achieve a thing, and the list goes on. Some persons too are living their best, like heaven on earth; it's their luck.
Have I ever felt behind in life? Hmmm, this question felt emotional to me, but I was able to quickly remind myself that God is never late; sometimes, he has reasons for everything. I have not seen any master planner greater than Him. As long as I know I did my part without involving laziness and I prayed along too, I was open-minded to face whatever came my way as things kept unfolding.
In the area of my career, I really felt behind, and the feeling has been dealing with me to date, but I am grateful for life and for other little opportunities I kept surviving with. Right from the time I graduated with my classmates, I personally struggled to get a place of internship, and when I look around, I see my classmates getting it in multiple ways. In fact, some did it twice in different hospitals, bagging the huge money involved those days, whereas getting one proved difficult for me.
I spent two years at home searching for this same internship while my mates were done and proceeded to do their NYSC. That feeling wasn't good at all because I was never a dull student, but it baffles me that after interviews, I wouldn't hear anything again but see my mates who I am more sound than them academically grabbing this offer at ease.
Finally, I got mine, but ever since I finished my NYSC, securing a job in my field has proven abortive, and there again, I see my mate doing well in the same profession. At a point, I regretted doing this course; maybe I would have gone for a course that wouldn't give me stress looking for a job, but all the same, my God never left me behind. He still makes a way for me through other means aside from my profession.
You are not a lone on this chapter. Sometimes I feel stagnant but when I remember people that achieved a lot and still ended up 6 feet's on the ground I stay thankful and contended with what I have why I strive to be better.

Yes you're not alone just like kachy2020 said. And God is never too late just like you said too and we have to believe also that our lives is different from others and everyone has their own pace at which we achieve our goals. And it's great to know that God is coming through for you. Thanks for sharing.

There's always a trade off for everything. When I was in college, I took accountancy, a course that's considered difficult in our area, because they said demand for accountants are high. True enough, when I graduated, I instantly got a job offer from one of the big four accounting firms. But life was still difficult. Theres not much difference between me and my peers. In fact, I feel like they've enjoyed more than me. But I always remind myself that comparison is the theft of joy. And my situation is not the ending of my story. We all continue to progress.

Sadly this is the reality of most people now and one thing I'll tell you is to never stop trying. Wherever you see any opportunity to submit your CV, pls do. You never know when things will work out and let me remind you "delay is not denial"☺️

Everyone cannot be the same. Some people are just so lucky in life, while for others, it’s the complete opposite. That’s one of the ironies of life.
There are times I feel bad about certain situations, but then, what can I do? I just have to keep trying my best. The important thing is not giving up. I believe that as long as I’m breathing, there is still more to achieve, and more to look forward to.
