RE: Buying or Renting a house?

Wow... buying a house is more easier and stress free for someone who has the money. Building a house is cheaper but with some stress and prolonged time of finishing depending on when the user wants it.
Renting a house is good and flexible like you said for many people too.

But then, we are entitled to our choices.

My husband is a civil engineer, so coming from that angle, people fear buying an already built house due to not knowing how strong the foundation is and how quality the building materials is, but one can easily research on some developers that has good reviews from the old clients. However, if you have time and ready to supervise your building, you can go for building yours from the scratch.

But if I see trust Worthy developers, I will peacefully buy my house 🏠..

You are quite lucky that your husband is a civil engineer, he will know all these things. I totally agree with your suggestion of looking for trustworthy developers. Just have to make sure the reviews are done by someone you know cause there are a lot of fake reviews
