THE THINGS I DO TO STAY FIT๐Ÿ‘Œ

Fitness is for everyone; both men, children, and women of all ages. There was a time I do think that keeping fit is only meant for the obese ๐Ÿ˜‚, but that was totally wrong! To stay healthy, we have to keep fit. Health and fitness go hand in hand, when you say that someone is healthy and fit, it means the person can function well both physically and mentally.

In as much as it's very important for us to keep fit at all times,I feel we must not engage in strenuous activity to keep fit. There are little exercises (such as skipping, jumping, dancing, brisk walking, etc.) that will help us burn some calories and still keep our body fit. The most important thing is to be regular in this exercise.

  • Nutritious Diet

To me, fitness starts with consuming healthy food. Nutritious food is rich in vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, etc, and can also be classified as a balanced diet. when you strive to eat a balanced diet, your body systems will even function more effectively and it also helps to stay fit rather than consuming junk and gaining unnecessary weight. I also consider my time while eating, late eating and too much eating are not too healthy. All these measures help me to keep fit๐Ÿ‘Œ

  • WALKING

I stopped jogging after my third cesarean section. I find it so unease and always feel pains within 5 minutes. So it has been walking a long distance for me, especially in the evening. I am not too regular on this part but at least twice a week, a take a long walk to stretch my bones and muscles and feel more relaxed.

  • SKIPPING

This is like a fun activity in my home, especially on weekends. Skipping is an exercise but I engage in this with my kids as a way of having fun and keeping fit at the same time. We also include indoor football โšฝ to the exercise and burn a lot of calories in the process.

In conclusion, fitness is vital for healthy living. When you are fit, you will carry out your daily activities effectively and efficiently. You will also be less prone to some illnesses. So let's strive to always keep fit to stay healthy๐Ÿ‘.

Staying fit is a great thing for everyone and we should try to engage in things that would bring such result to us.
I also avoid eating late at night even though I eat in large quantity but I discover it even makes me sleep unnecessary when I ought to be doing some things to help my life. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

Settled! some people think if you're not doing all the vigorous exercises, you are not exercising at all. We don't have to subject our bodies to high pressures before it can be fit. There are many little exercises that we can do that can make our bodies fit if we would be consistent.

Sorry mom๐Ÿ˜ž, I didn't know my mom had a C.S. for someone like her now, engaging something like jogging and weight lifting can put her health in danger. It won't be nice if we end up putting ourselves in trouble because we want to stay fit. Though our bodies needs to be fit regardless of whatever our conditions might be but wisdom in choosing the right kind of exercise should be employed.

Hahaha! Seems the both of us have this in common too; there was also a time I actually thought going to the gym was meant for the obese (hehe, I shouldโ€™ve added this to my post), but Iโ€™m glad you got to know the true deal. Keeping fit is for everyone; male, female, young and old.

Keeping fit doesnโ€™t mean you have to go to the gym and lift heavy things. Nahhhh, I once tried lifting heavy things at the gym, I regretted immediately when my body started hurting me and I was unable to carry things, or even walk properly. You can keep fit just in your house by doing simple exercises.

I love the things you do to stay healthy and fit; they are simple and very nice.

Nutritious food. Yes, youโ€™re right, eating nutritious food is a way of keeping fit. There is a well known saying โ€œyou are what you eatโ€. We shouldnโ€™t eat anyhow, but we should eat a balanced diet. That way weโ€™ll get the necessary nutrients. And just like youโ€™ve said, we should avoid junks.

Walking is also a good form of exercise. My mom brought me up with this. Every morning, we walk to church for morning mass (morning services) yes! Everyday! It is a 15 minutes walk. And trust me when I say, it is really a good way to stretch your body. I think walking can even help easy stress.

And finally, skipping. I canโ€™t remember the last time I used a skipping rope๐Ÿ˜‚. But I know it is a good way to exercise, just like running or brisk walking.
