We are supposed to appreciate God for giving us life by caring for a body and doing what God wants from us. Which means we should take care of our body treat it with respect instead of abusing it. This includes avoiding harmful habits and choosing what supports strength, purity, and self-control. Living with discipline in what we eat, drink, and do helps us stay balanced and able to serve God well.

It also connects good health with inner peace and spiritual well-being. Worry, anger, and sin can affect both the mind and body, while faith, joy, and a clean heart bring calm and strength. Trusting God, praying, and keeping a clear conscience help reduce anxiety and support a healthier life from within.

God made the last day for us to rest after working throughout the week and the day of rest is the Sabbath day. Along with rest, maintaining good relationships, showing love, and living in harmony with others contribute to a healthier and more fulfilling life overall.
