Hi all. How are you? The Omicron virus spreads very quickly. Hope it gets better soon. I don't want to stress anymore. Oh yes, I want to tell you about a place that makes me feel peaceful and calm. I feel comfortable when I'm here. This place is called Vipassana Graha Monastery. This place should be called the Temple. Because during the New Order, things were different. So, during the New Order era, there were no temples. People with Buddhism were kidnapped. If they want to survive, . They must be willing to change religion. It was the most horrific incident in Indonesia.
Okay, I'll tell you about this place. This place is located in the Lembang area, Bandung, Indonesia. You will find a building with white cones. You can enter this place, then what about the building? The building is a temple that is in this place. The temple was named "Maha Panca Bala". In addition to the center of worship, this place is also a meditation center. If you need meditation, you can come to this place.
This place covers an area of about two hectares. You will feel like you are in Thailand. This place is built like a building that resembles a temple in Thailand. Relax, you can visit this place at any time. But you have to wear decent clothes. You can not wear shorts, clothes with an open chest (I call it a tengtop). If you are in this place in such a suit, the Monks will bring you cloth.
If you visit this place, you will not be picked up at all. If you want to stay here, you don't have to pay a penny. There are many rooms in this place. I want to tell you about the temple in this place. The temples that I have mentioned have five enormous powers, namely Saddha (faith), Viriya (spirit), Sati (Awareness), Samadhi (Concentration) and Panna (Wise). This place is a painting of the birth of Buddha Parinibbana. In fact, this Buddha statue is made of jade. On the walls of the temple there are reliefs that tell the life of the Buddha. There are also reliefs of heaven and hell.
The thing that amazed me is that this place has a building called Dhammasala 10,000 Buddha statues. Because this building has 10,000 Buddha statues donated from donors. Around this place there are beautiful gardens and flowers. In fact, there is a fish pond. Every place here spreads wise phrases in trees. There is also a white elephant who is lifting the wheel with its trunk. There is also a statue of King Ashoka in memory of King Ashoka which is 7 meters high.
There is a lion statue made of copper. The amazing thing for me is that there is a message to respect and study every religion. For me it is a message to create peace and tolerance. Oh yes, here, there are predictions of 108 Arahant journeys. The prediction, it can be done for all visitors. Visitors will be given coins in a glass. but, the number of coins we don't know.
Then, visitors have to go around a building to distribute the coins in the available glasses. If the coins run out, then just count how many bowls that have not been filled. On the other hand, if there are more coins, you have to count how many coins are left. From that, we can take the life instructions provided at the end of this place. The divination you take is according to the number of coins remaining or lack of coins. You will be given many different messages.
I've tried this prophecy, the message I have to accept the destiny that God gave. I also have to work hard in many ways. I want to try it again. According to the monks in this place, Arahats are saints who don't think about the world anymore. A patta is a bowl that monks use for food.
