El sábado decidió decidí pasar un fin de semana totalmente diferente en compañía especial pues a veces necesario salirse de la rutina y de lo cotidiano que comúnmente que uno realiza, le pedí a mi novio que fuéramos a relajarnos un poco en Santa Rosa de Agua y poder tener un almuerzo delicioso es por eso que salimos desde mi casa que es aproximadamente más de 1 hora hasta el centro de la ciudad para poder tomar el tráfico, que justamente nos dejó en Santa Rosa de Agua, en verdad la travesía fue bastante rápida y no nos demoramos más de 1 hora en llegar en transporte público.

On Saturday, I decided to spend a completely different sort of weekend in the company of someone special, as it’s sometimes necessary to break out of the routine and the everyday things we usually do, I asked my boyfriend if we could go and relax a bit in Santa Rosa de Agua and enjoy a delicious lunch, which is why we set off from my house – which is just over an hour’s journey – to the city centre to catch the bus, which took us straight to Santa Rosa de Agua. To be honest, the journey was quite quick and it didn’t take us more than an hour to get there by public transport.

La vista del lugar es realmente fantástica yo había tenido la oportunidad de ir a hace casi 3 años aproximadamente y quise ir con una grata compañía, pues un lugar donde la brisa es un paso relajante para nuestro rostro así como también permite la deconexión total mirando las tranquilas aguas desde este punto del Lago de Maracaibo, un lugar simplemente lleno de historia, cultura, gastronomía, entre todos un lugar fantástico que todas las personas en algún momento debían de conocer particularmente como no es de esperarse, en nuestra ciudad el sol estaba bastante fuerte pero este salía y se escondía al mismo tiempo.

The view from there is truly fantastic. I’d had the chance to visit it about three years ago and wanted to go back in good company, as it’s a place where the breeze gently caresses your face, allowing you to completely switch off whilst gazing at the calm waters of Lake Maracaibo from this vantage point – a place simply brimming with history, culture and cuisine. All in all, it’s a fantastic place that everyone should visit at some point, particularly as, unexpectedly, the sun was quite strong in our city, yet here it would appear and disappear at the same time.

Me encantó mucho la pintorezco del lugar pues hay diversos, murales, capillas, pero una especialmente muy pequeña que me llamó mucho la atención porque se veía totalmente angelical a su vez también hay una iglesia bastante grande, con una vista increíble sin duda alguna me encantó mi recorrido por todas las localidades de santa rosa de agua y nutrirme de las personas que allí viven pues viven del turismo de esas personas que vienen a visitarlos.

I absolutely loved the picturesque atmosphere of the place – there are various murals and chapels, but one in particular, a very small one, really caught my eye because it looked utterly angelic. There’s also a rather large church with an incredible view. Without a doubt, I loved my tour of all the villages in Santa Rosa de Agua and getting to know the people who live there, as they make their living from the tourists who come to visit them.

Luego de pasar un agradable rato en santa rosa de agua con mi novio decidímos regresarnos lo hicimos por el centro de la ciudad justamente tomando el mismo tráfico y le dije a mi novio que quería ir a la basílica de nuestra Señora de Chinquinquirá para poder visitar a la virgen y así poderle regalar, el santo rosario que comúnmente hago todos los días pero este sería muy especial ya que lo íbamos a hacer desde su lugar y también aprovechar mi novio para sí también poder refrescarnos ya que la basílica tiene aire acondicionado.

After spending a lovely time in Santa Rosa de Agua with my boyfriend, we decided to head back. We went through the city centre, getting caught in exactly the same traffic, and I told my boyfriend that I wanted to go to the Basilica of Our Lady of Chinquinquirá to visit the Virgin and offer her the rosary that I usually pray every day, but this one would be very special as we were going to pray it right there in her presence. My boyfriend also wanted to take the opportunity to cool off a bit, as the basilica has air conditioning.

La basílica con mi novio y pudimos realizar el santo Rosario y todas nuestras oraciones a la virgen particularmente fue un momento bastante especial, bonito de esos que tenía mucho tiempo sin realizar y qué grato fue poder visitar a la virgencita María, dejarle nuestras súplicas a ella luego posteriormente determinar nuestros rezos subimos a verla desde cerca y estaba totalmente hermosa, me encanta mucho visitar este lugar porque emana mucha paz también a su vez pude tomar algunas fotografías lindas entre una de ellas a San Juan de Dios y la santa reliquia de primer grado de una de las partes de su cuerpo.

Visiting the basilica with my boyfriend, we were able to say the Holy Rosary and all our prayers to the Virgin Mary; it was a particularly special, lovely moment – the sort I hadn’t experienced for a long time. How wonderful it was to be able to visit the Virgin Mary, to entrust our supplications to her, and then, after offering our prayers, to go up and see her up close – she was absolutely beautiful. I really love visiting this place because it radiates such a sense of peace. I also managed to take some lovely photographs, including one of Saint John of God and the first-class relic of a part of his body.

Por último fue un fin de semana simplemente fantástico, me despido hasta una próxima oportunidad mi querido amigo espero le hayas gustado mucho esta publicación hasta pronto.
