As time flew, women through the ages have been rarely, if ever, the architects highlighted or even not considered, but the fact is that women are the silent builders of society. From their historical role as nannies and as minders, women are known to play instrumental roles in shaping the cultures of many civilization in multiple specific ways.

Going past their usual duties as nurturers to caregivers, women pioneered revolutionary actions that reshaped the fabric of civilizations in so many ways.

Beyond the initial assignment of being nurturers and caregivers by tradition, women have been key contributors towards the formation of civilizations in many different ways.

Besides their traditional caring and supporting roles, women have been active as well as productive participants in the weaving of civilizations throughout history.

Women have gone beyond their traditional stereotypes of being caretakers and nurses to craft civilizations in various different ways.

Women are the pillars of family because they are truly the ones that give care, advise, and balance, both physically and emotionally, to every single member of the family. They are powerful beyond their household, by imbuing the people with the morals of sympathy, tolerance, and fortitude through generations that come to age.

Women have not only been active participants in community organizations and councils, but they have also been major contributors in education and public health. That's the driver of action through both grassroots movements and worldwide projects women pursue change endeavouring to assure social justice, equality, and human rights.

In the workforce female humans have displayed their skills many times defying the barriers and wearing many hats from science and technology to entrepreneurs and politics. The creative minds, the resolution, and the confidence of the entrepreneurs made the progress and the development possible, which put the dynamics of the economy into swirl.

Nevertheless, even though women are responsible for considerable achievements in this area, they still remain confronted with discrimination and different kinds of systemic barriers obstacles. The inclusion of women, is on the equal footing, among builders of society, requires demolishing these barriers and increasing the chance of them being heard.

On one hand, women are indeed the pins of society, of which they not only stand, but create the national values, hopes, and route to future. By appreciating them, not only are we making a leap forward to the point of equality but we are indeed establishing strong grounds towards the world which is more inclusive, just and prosperous.
