Do I have Tenacity?

Hello beautiful people. How are you all? First of all, I would love to thank you for showing so much support on my previous blog in this community. Thank you for the curation too. This encourages me to do more.

I would like to share my views on whether I have tenacity or not. I think yes. I think that we all human beings have this force within us. It keeps us going despite all the dangers, odds and adversities. I saw a documentary online. In that the anchor was a mountaineer. He was telling that in any sort of danger, human power is amplified. He said that a person would not lift a heavy stone in normal sircumstances, but he would move it when he or she is in grave danger. It shows that we human beings are capable of anything.

I have realized this for myself too. I have done undoable things at times when I myself believed that I will not be able to do that. I can give you the example of meeting deadlines in this regard. Yes, I am the sort of person who keeps procastinating the tasks. During my college days, I used to get assignments months before the deadline, still I managed to complete these on the last day. I am not proud of it, but I am trying to imply that I do have the tenacity.

Once when I was a teenager, I met an accident. This was the time when my family was falling apart. It was a lot for me to soak in. I had the responsibilty of my siblings, I had to focus on my studies and I also had to be the binding force between my parents who were constantly quarrelling. This did affect me in more than one ways. I thought that I will not be able to find the courage and determination to go on. I continued to take the responsibility and eventually got myself and my family out of the turmoil. I now have a very reputable job in the education department.

Yes, we human beings face turbulence through out our lives. Yes, life cannot be simple at times, but we do have the courage to sustain and that courage lies within us. It is just the matter of finding our faith in ourselves.
