No one was there to scrape the bone

The doctor got a call that a patient had met a very serious accident. The doctor rushed towards the operation theater. Before the surgery, he got all the reports of the patient. He then asked who would scrape the bones. The specialist was not there as he was on a holiday. This created a lot of problems for the doctor. Still, he decided to save the injured patient on his own. He first scraped the bone in his ribs. Then, he did everything necessary to save the patient. The family of the patient told him that they will be eternally thankful to him for saving their child.
