Luego de varios días de celebración, toda la banda ya estaba mocho más tranquila y todo ya estaba volviendo a la normalidad, pasar tiempo en familia, compartir largas conversaciones y lo más importante poder descansar un gran tiempo sin tener la preocupación de terminar algo. Sin embargo, la tranquilidad duró poco, ya que la Banda recibió una gran noticia que todos se emocionaron y es que una relevante cadena de televisión los había invitado para realizar su primera entrevista en vivo y hablar sobre el álbum Nuestra Voz. Pero la Banda solo había cantado frente a miles de personas, pero estar en una televisión era algo nuevo para todos.

Desde muy temprano llegaron al canal de televisión, lugar que estaba lleno de personas y muchas cámaras, donde Michelle estaba muy nerviosa, Lucas no dejaba de sonreír, Richard golpeaba suavemente sus piernas siguiendo un ritmo imaginario para relajarse y Tomás contemplaba todo en lugar y recordando aquellos días en que ensayaban sin saber si algún día alguien escucharía sus canciones.

After several days of celebration, the whole band was feeling much calmer, and everything was returning to normal: spending time with family, having long conversations, and—most importantly—being able to rest for a long time without worrying about finishing anything. However, the calm didn’t last long, as the band received some big news that got everyone excited: a major television network had invited them to do their first live interview and talk about the album Nuestra Voz. But the band had only ever performed in front of thousands of people—being on TV was something new for all of them.

They arrived at the TV station very early in the morning; the place was packed with people and cameras. Michelle was very nervous, Lucas couldn’t stop smiling, Richard was gently tapping his legs to an imaginary beat to relax, and Tomás was taking it all in, reminiscing about those days when they used to rehearse without knowing if anyone would ever hear their songs.

Se preparan y el programa de televisión comenzó y allí el presentador los recibió con una gran sonrisa y comenzó a preguntar cómo había nacido Banda 17, qué significaba Nuestra Voz y cuáles habían sido los momentos más difíciles durante la creación del álbum. The host welcomed them with a big smile and started asking how Banda 17 had come to be, what Nuestra Voz meant, and what the most difficult moments had been during the creation of the album. Every answer was great, and everyone was on the same page: Michelle talked about the sacrifices, and Lucas recalled the endless nights spent writing songs with his guitar in hand. Richard recounted all the drum beats he had to play, while Tomás later explained that those ten songs were much more than just music; they were the memories of a group of friends who never gave up.

The interview was going perfectly, and to wrap things up, the whole band performed one of the songs—it was quite a show, and many people were watching them. When it was over, the four of them hugged each other with a mix of relief and happiness, since they had overcome yet another challenge—and best of all, they’re still sharing that album. As they left the venue, hundreds of messages began pouring in from people who wanted to listen to the album, discover their songs, and join them on this new journey.
