Los días pasaban muy rápido y llego el tercer día, donde una vez más los miembros de la Banda 17 llegaron al estudio, donde había cansancio, pero nadie estaba dispuesto a rendirse. Lo bueno es que aquella primera canción que Apple Music les había encargado estaba a solo unos pasos de completarse, donde Daniel Brooks los observaba desde la cabina de control y estaba seguro de que la Banda lo podía lograr.

En ese momento ocurrió algo inesperado y es que uno de los asistentes de Apple Music entro al estudio y dijo —Tengo noticias para ustedes— todos se quedaron atento y este asistente mostró una fotografía y la foto era de Michelle sentada junto a la ventana de un avión y tenía un mensaje —Voy rumbo a Estados Unidos, nos vemos muy pronto— nadie en el estudio podía creerlo y el cansancio desapareció, ya que en las próximas horas todos podrá estar juntos.

The days flew by, and the third day arrived. Once again, the members of Banda 17 arrived at the studio. They were tired, but no one was willing to give up. The good news was that the first song Apple Music had commissioned them to write was just a few steps away from being finished. Daniel Brooks watched them from the control booth and was certain that the band could pull it off.

At that moment, something unexpected happened: one of the Apple Music assistants walked into the studio and said, “I have some news for you.” Everyone listened intently as the assistant held up a photo—it was of Michelle sitting by the window of an airplane, and it had a message: “I’m on my way to the United States—see you very soon.” No one in the studio could believe it, and their exhaustion vanished, since in just a few hours they would all be together.

Varias horas después todo el grupo se dirigió al aeropuerto, donde Lucas no podía quedarse quieto, Richard caminaba de un lado a otro, Daniel sonreía porque sabía lo importante que era aquel instante y segundos después apareció Michelle, su presencia fue lo más emocionante y todos se abrazaron, ya que por fin estaban juntos después de tantos obstáculos, llamadas, documentos, esperas y kilómetros de distancia.

Por fin la Banda 17 estaba completa y al salir de allí decidieron celebrar, puesto que sabían que al día siguiente los esperaba otra jornada intensa de trabajo, grabaciones y reuniones, pero aquella ocasión era especial. Se montaron en la camioneta y recorriendo las calles de Estados unidos, donde Michelle observaba todo desde la ventana con una sonrisa que no desaparecía. El paseo continuo entre fotografías, risas, anécdotas y sueños compartidos. En ese momento comprendieron algo importante y es que la primera canción estaba terminada, Michelle ya estaba con ellos y la aventura que tanto habían imaginado apenas estaba comenzando.

Several hours later, the whole group headed to the airport, where Lucas couldn’t sit still, Richard was pacing back and forth, and Daniel was smiling because he knew how important that moment was. Seconds later, Michelle appeared—her presence was the most exciting part—and they all hugged each other, since they were finally together after so many obstacles, phone calls, paperwork, waiting, and kilometers apart.

At last, Banda 17 was complete, and as they left, they decided to celebrate, knowing that another intense day of work, recordings, and meetings awaited them the next day—but this occasion was special. They got into the van and drove through the streets of the United States, with Michelle watching everything from the window with a smile that never faded. The ride continued amid photos, laughter, stories, and shared dreams. In that moment, they realized something important: their first song was finished, Michelle was already with them, and the adventure they’d imagined so often was just beginning.
