My First Book Published on Amazon [ESP-ENG]
Después de meses de ardua preparación, de largas mañanas de escritura y correcciones acompañado ciento de mililitros de café ha visto la luz mi primer libro. La sensación es parecida al nacimiento de un nuevo hijo, es una experiencia maravillosa existe un viejo refrán que dice que un ser humano debe sembrar un árbol, tener un hijo y escribir un libro para cumplir con su rol en la vida.
After months of arduous preparation, long mornings of writing and corrections accompanied by a hundred milliliters of coffee, my first book has come out. The feeling is similar to the birth of a new child, it is a wonderful experience there is an old saying that says that a human being must plant a tree, have a child and write a book to fulfill his role in life.
El proceso de convertir las ideas, artículos ya publicados y los sueños en un libro requiere de mucha constancia y disciplina. Hay muchas bellas anécdotas que contar, muchos episodios amenos, la alegría de la presentación, los brindis que hacen palidecer empequeñecer los pocos sin sabores que se presentan en las fases de publicación. Si tú tienes el sueño de ver tu libro en las grandes cadenas de comercialización solo tienes que comenzar a escribir y buscar las alianzas necesarias.
The process of turning ideas, published articles and dreams into a book requires a lot of perseverance and discipline. There are many beautiful anecdotes to tell, many entertaining episodes, the joy of the presentation, the toasts that make the few without flavors that appear in the publication phases dwarf. If you have the dream of seeing your book in the large commercialization chains, you just have to start writing and look for the necessary alliances.
En mi caso particular recibí mucho apoyo y ayuda técnica por parte de la casa editorial Grupo Olivo. Gracias a que resulte ganador del concurso por ellos organizado Reto Escritor. Participar en este tipo de eventos es conseguir el impulso final que todo novel escritor necesita.

El proceso de acompañamiento por parte del grupo olivo incluye una poderosa sesión de coaching literario. Una serie de preguntas que hacen mover tu piso como si fuese un buscador de oro para sacar lo mejor del escritor. Todo nuevo escritor debe formularse varias interrogantes: ¿Qué mensaje quiero trasmitir? ¿Quién es mi lector? ¿Qué nivel de profundidad de conocimiento se requiere para entender mi libro? ¿Usaré el lenguaje inclusivo de género?, en fin son interrogantes que te servirán para iluminar el camino a seguir durante la escritura de tu primer manuscrito.
The accompaniment process by the olive group includes a powerful literary coaching session. Every new writer must ask himself several questions: What message do I want to convey? Who is my reader? What level of depth of knowledge is required to understand my book? Este proceso reflexivo lo realice en cada uno de los capítulos para así asegúrame de lograr el objetivo planteado y mantener la coherencia total del libro. Una vez que se concluye el primer capítulo los demás prácticamente salen solo. Claro está que el escribir el libro es la esencia primordial hay una gran cantidad de trabajo tras bastidores por parte de un gran equipo. Entre la terminación del manuscrito y su publicación en Amazon hay mucho trecho.
I carried out this reflective process in each of the chapters in order to ensure that I achieve the stated objective and maintain the total coherence of the book. El líder coach. Escuchando para actuar, es mi primer libro es la culminación de una meta trazada hace unos 4 años atrás. Es una propuesta novedosa e inédita con una narrativa que busca integrar al Coching y al tema del liderazgo. En los próximos días estaré presentándole avances de su contenido. The leader coach. Listening to act, is my first book is the culmination of a goal set about 4 years ago.
