Al finalizar aquel evento de música toda la banda quedó contenta donde cada palabra que recibieron fue de gran motivación y a la vez le sirvió para ver la música desde otro punto de vista. Al día siguiente en el estudio toda la banda estaba más unida, ya no había presión, solo las ganas de crear algo maravilloso y Michelle añadió —Todo lo que escuchamos hoy nos abrió la mente y ahora sé exactamente qué le falta a esa tercera canción— Daniel los miró con una sonrisa y notó como la Banda tenía un gran potencial.

Richard tomó una hoja en blanco y comenzó a escribir nuevos versos, Lucas conectó su guitarra y empezó a construir una melodía completamente nueva, Michelle comenzó a crear un ritmo poderoso, moderno y lleno de energía. At the end of that music event, the whole band was happy; every word they heard was a great source of motivation and also helped them see music from a different perspective. The next day in the studio, the whole band felt closer than ever; there was no longer any pressure, just the desire to create something wonderful. Michelle added, “Everything we heard today opened our minds, and now I know exactly what’s missing from that third song.” Daniel looked at them with a smile and realized just how much potential the band had.

Richard took a blank sheet of paper and began writing new verses; Lucas plugged in his guitar and started crafting a completely new melody; Michelle began creating a powerful, modern, and energetic beat. Everyone was working; there was no break, and before they knew it, the hours had passed and night had fallen. At that moment, Daniel pressed play—the song was ready—and every second was more exciting than the last. When the final note rang out, Lucas said, “Now that’s it—this is our third song.”

Los cuatro se abrazaron, puesto que por fin había terminado después de tantos intentos, cambios y aprendizajes. The four of them hugged each other, since it was finally over after so many attempts, changes, and lessons learned. But just as they were starting to celebrate, the studio phone rang. Daniel answered, listened for a few seconds without changing his expression, and when he hung up, he told everyone, “They just called to tell us that, during the event, someone sent our demos to several producers, and a few minutes ago they received a response.” Everyone was surprised.

Daniel spoke again: “A major record label wants to hear our three songs, and if the meeting goes well, Banda 17 could sign a contract that would change our lives forever.” The studio was filled with excitement, because after so much effort, even more challenges now lay ahead for Banda 17.
