ใIngใDelicious brothy rice with chicken and seafood ๐โบ

Today I tell you that I had a replacement in the kitchen, because a friend came to please us and offers us an exquisite lunch; It is a brothy rice with chicken and seafood ๐ really delicious, easy and above all cheap; besides being a very complete and nutritious meal.
Stay with me so you can enjoy the step by step of this dish.
INGREDIENTS:
๐ธ Two cups of rice
๐ธ 500 grams of chicken wings
๐ธ 300 grams of shrimp
๐ธ 300 grams of squid
๐ธ 300 clams
๐ธ Salt and pepper to taste
๐ธ 4 cups broth for paella
๐ธ A pinch of saffron
๐ธ One large onion
๐ธ Half red bell pepper
๐ธ A splash of olive oil
๐ธ A grated tomato
The first thing we do is wash our chicken pieces very well to season with salt and pepper.
Place the pan where we will make our rice over medium-high heat with a splash of olive oil to lightly fry the onion, paprika, garlic and finally the grated tomato in order of mention, adding a little salt to speed up the dehydration of the same.
Add the chicken wings and let all the flavors integrate, stir very well and cover until cooking for 15 minutes.
After this period of time, we will add the shellfish in order and stir constantly until all are integrated, cover and let concentrate for 15 more minutes.
Add the two cups of rice and stir a little to impregnate, pour the 4 cups of paella broth and add a pinch of saffron and a little paella powder and let it boil until the rice is cooked
We leave five minutes on low heat and it will be ready to enjoy ๐
