Having a strong support system can also be incredibly helpful when managing mental health struggles. This can include family members, friends, or even a therapist support group.
Having people in your life who understand and support you can make all the difference. They can provide a listening ear, offer words of encouragement, and help you stay accountable to your mental health goals.

However, having people around to help mentally is one of the best ways to manage mental health. But the opposite is gotten if a person has someone who makes them depressed always
