Dreams can be referred to as the mysterious and inspiring feelings, that usually comes with this lingering and unique emotions, even after we wake up. It might interest you to equally know that dreams can also have significant effects on our mental health.

I would describe dream as a powerful tool for self-reflection, that provides us with insight into our lives and relationships.

Dreams are often viewed as a way to process our emotions, allowing us to explore our thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, and they can help us learn more about ourselves and can even lead to solutions to everyday problems.

Dreams also provide us with creativity and inspiration, as our minds are usually open to new possibilities and ideas that would not have occurred to us while awake.

No wonder many great artists and inventors have used their dreams as inspiration for their work, as it is believed that some of the most well-known works of art and literature were inspired by dreams.

Although I usually forget my dreams after waking up, and it's always making me furious, because I feel like I am missing the chance to get inspired, lol.

I bring it to you that dreams are very impactful to our physical and mental lives. They not only help us process difficult emotions and come up with creative solutions, but they also provide us with a sense of comfort and safety, allowing us to escape from our worries and concerns in the short term.

The Negative Impact Of Dreams

Just as dreams have positive impact on us, there are still some few nagative sides of dreams too which I would be sharing with you.
It has been observed that dreams tend to have a negative impact to our mental health, as they could cause nightmares, resulting to feeling anxious or scared.

Nightmares can also cause insomnia, which can lead to further psychological issues like depression and anxiety. And if it's a difficult dream, it would makes us upset and unsettled for hours.

You would agree with me that some dreams could be very scary, and in most cases, victims losses concentration of important tasks, thereby leading to depression.

I guess you might have had one dream multiple time, how was the feeling when you woke up? frustrating right? lol. This concurrent dreams also have a way of remaining in our minds and causing anxiety.
