Olá a todos, aqui quem fala é o Norseland. Estou aqui para trazer mais um Share Your Battle. Dessa vez é claro, focando no Cruel Sethropod, e o também nas mudanças recentes do sistema de recompenças por DEC, já que agora estou com menos costume de usar cartas do Starter Pack.

Cruel Sethropod

Como já disse acima, nossa carta de hoje é o Cruel Sethropod, bom, eu gosto dessa carta, porquê quando eu comecei, ele era um dos meus favoritos, então sempre escolhia-o, mas de qualquer forma os tempos mudaram, e ele deixou de ser uma boa escolha para mim, pois eu tinha opções melhores, agora com a mudança, voltei a usa-lo em custos de mana mais baixos.
Ele é um tank de baixo custo, com uma vida baixa, um pouco de armadura, velocidade baixa e dano baixo, mas o seu custo é muito menor do que o esperado para uma carta com essa quantidade de vida e armadura. O elemento Água tem muitas cartas que combinam com ele, como a invocadora Kelya Frendul e a carta Demented Shark que reforçam as fraquezas dele.

Batalha

Com algumas mudanças, eu acabei caindo para o Bronze por falta de power, e completei algumas batalhas aqui, então não tem muitas regras pra demonstrar, aqui está o Link da batalha.

Regra:

Apenas 24 de mana, sem elementos banidos e regra padrão, basicamente eu poderia montar o que quisesse, e como eu gosto do elemento Água fui com ele, o meu oponente foi para uma composição do elemento Vida.

Invocadores

Falando nos invocadores, como eu fui para uma composição de Água e queria focar em magos, eu trouxe Alric Stormbringer não preciso nem explicar porquê dessa escolha, ele tem sido o meu invocador favorito, beneficia muito os magos e é isso.
Meu oponente foi para uma Mother Khala, já que ela é uma invocadora simples e beneficia todas as cartas, foi uma boa escolha, já que a maioria das outras cartas que ele escolheu (com exceção do Shieldbearer) eram bastante frágeis.

Linha de Frente

A linha de frente foi simples, na verdade foi a última carta que eu escolhi, pois era o que sobrava mana e mais resistente possível, ai está nosso amigo Cruel Sethropod, sua armadura foi ótima nesse jogo, ele foi capaz de resistir muitos dos ataques do meu oponente, terminando a partida com apenas 1 de vida, chegou a ser engraçado.
Meu oponente foi é claro para uma das melhores cartas do elemento Vida, o Shieldbearer, sua habilidade de TAUNT foi suficiente para impedir que algumas cartas dele morressem antes, fez sua função, mas talvez faltou mais dano, pois meus magos atingiam direto na vida, enquanto as cartas dele tiveram que lidar com muita armadura.

Posição 2

Djinn Oshannus novamente aparecendo como o coração da minha composição, eu nem vou falar muito dele neste post, pois já disse em inúmeros outros, ele é uma lendária muito forte, seus status são muito bons e sua habilidade excelente, precisa de mais informação? Escrevi um post todo sobre ele, pode ler aqui.
Já meu oponente foi para um Gargoya Scrapper, eu até gosto dele, pois é uma boa carta de custo 1, mas basicamente ele não fez nada a não ser resistir a um ataque de um dos meus monstros, se meu oponente tivesse alguma carta como Creeping Ooze, seria uma melhor escolha.

Posição 3

Uma das melhores cartas da minha composição foi o Coral Wraith, ele é simplesmente maravilhoso. É um mago com dano alto, e custo relativamente baixo, que foca na linha de trás do oponente. Depois que o TAUNT do meu oponente morreu, o Coral Wraith simplesmente limpou as outras cartas dele.
Aqui meu oponente trouxe uma carta parecida, mas bem pior, ela tinha a mesma função, atacar a backline, mas a Celestial Harpy é bem menos perigosa. Ela tem o dano muito baixo, e é dano físico ainda por cima, apesar do custo de mana ser bem menor.

Venari Wavesmith, o que falar dessa carta maravilhosa com Protect? Seus 2 de armadura para todas as minhas cartas salvaram tanto minha carta da backline quanto minha frontline, não vou dizer mais nada.
A Time Mage do meu oponente é outra carta maravilhosa, sua habilidade de remover speed é quase perfeita, principalmente contra minhas cartas que tem uma speed não tão alta, e outras que realmente tem speed bastante alta.

Posição 5

Na última posição, eu trouxe um Creeping Ooze, uma carta com a mesma habilidade de reduzir a velocidade do oponente, uma das melhores cartas de custo 1. É sempre uma ótima carta que funciona bem.
Meu oponente trouxe o seu Pelacor Arbalest, basicamente ele seria quem daria todo o dano da composição, graças ao seus dois ataques, mas acabou sendo derrotado pela minha carta com Sneak.

Hello everyone, this is Norseland speaking. I'm here to bring you another Share Your Battle. This time of course, focusing on the Cruel Sethropod, and also the recent changes to the reward system by DEC, as I am now less used to using Starter Pack cards.

Cruel Sethropod

As I said above, our letter today is the Cruel Sethropod, well I like this letter , because when I started, he was one of my favorites, so I always chose him, but anyway times have changed, and he is no longer a good choice for me, as I had better options, now with the change, I'm back to use it at lower mana costs.
It is a low cost tank, with low health, some armor, low speed, and low damage, but its cost is much lower than expected for a card with this amount of health and armor. The Water element has many cards that go with it, such as the summoner Kelya Frendul and the card Demented Shark that reinforce his weaknesses.

Battle

With some changes, I ended up dropping to Bronze due to lack of power, and I completed some battles here, so there aren't many rules to demonstrate, here's the Battle Link.

Rule:

Only 24 mana, no banned elements and default rule, basically I could build whatever I wanted, and since I like the Water element I went with it, my opponent went for a Life element composition.

Summoners

Speaking of summoners, as I went to a Water comp and wanted to focus on mages, I brought Alric Stormbringer, I don't even need to explain why this choice, he's been my favorite summoner, it benefits mages a lot and that's it.
My opponent went for a Mother Khala as she is a simple summoner and benefits all cards , was a good choice since most of the other cards he picked (with the exception of Shieldbearer) were quite fragile.

Frontline

The front line was simple, in fact it was the last card I chose, because it was the most mana left and the most resistant possible, there's our friend Cruel Sethropod, his armor was great in this game, he was able to resist many of my opponent's attacks, ending the game with only 1 health, it was funny.
My opponent went of course to one of the best Life element cards, the Shieldbearer, his ability to TAUNT was enough to prevent some of his cards from dying before, it did its job, but maybe it lacked more damage, as my mages hit straight into life, while his cards had to deal with a lot of armor.

Position 2

Djinn Oshannus again appearing as the heart of my composition, I won't even talk about it much in this post, as I've said in countless others, he is a very strong legendary, his stats are very good and his skill excellent, need more information? I wrote a whole post about it, you can read here.
My opponent went to a Gargoya Scrapper, I even like him because it's a good card cost 1, but basically it did nothing but resist an attack from one of my monsters, if my opponent had any cards like Creeping Ooze would be a better choice.

Position 3

One of the best cards of my composition was the Coral Wraith, he is just wonderful. He is a high damage, relatively low cost mage that focuses on the opponent's backline. After my opponent's TAUNT died, Coral Wraith simply wiped out his other cards.
Here my opponent brought a similar card, but much worse, it had the same function, attacking the backline, but the Celestial Harpy is far less dangerous. She has very low damage, and it's physical damage on top of that, despite the mana cost being much lower.

Position 4

Venari Wavesmith, what can I say about this wonderful card with Protect? Your 2 armor for all my cards saved both my backline and frontline card, I won't say any more.
My opponent's Time Mage is another wonderful card, its speed removing ability is almost perfect, mainly against my cards that have a not so high speed, and others that really have very high speed.

Position 5

In last position, I brought a Creeping Ooze, a card with the same ability to slow down opponent's one of the best 1 cost cards. It's always a great card that works well.
My opponent brought his Pelacor Arbalest, basically he would do all the damage of the composition, thanks to his two attacks, but ended up being defeated by my card with Sneak.

Conclusion
