¡Cómo están! ¡Bienvenidos a este nuevo post! ¡Donde participo en el Concurso de Arte de Splinterlands! - semana 213 esta vez inspirándome en la carta Countess Sinash!, me encanta la vibra que da esta señora! xD, me parece que está algo loca con esa mirada bizca, además de lucir poderosa y elegante!

¡Estoy muy emocionado porque vean el proceso!, últimamente he consumido mucho contenido educativo, ya que no dispongo de tanto tiempo libre para dibujar, y esto; lo que ha logrado es que cada vez que retomaba la ilustración lo hacía con más emoción! ¡Y siento que mis habilidades mejoraban cada vez más!

How are you, welcome to this new post, where I'm participating in Splinterlands Art Contest Week 213! this time inspired by the Countess Sinash card, I love the vibe this lady gives! xD, I think she's kind of crazy with that squinting look, plus she looks powerful and elegant!

I'm very excited for you to see the process, lately I've been consuming a lot of educational content, since I don't have that much free time to draw, and this; what it has done is that every time I took up illustration I did it with more excitement! And I feel that my skills were getting better and better!

¡Proceso!

¡Algo que me encanta y práctico mucho en mis ilustraciones, son los escorzos y para estos se necesita un entendimiento de anatomía bastante amplio, y aunque no soy un ignorante me gusta usar la ayuda de páginas como Posemaniacs donde puedes explorar diferentes perspectivas y ver como podrían moldearse los músculos!, aunque después estilizara la forma del cuerpo es una herramienta demasiado útil!

¡Después de terminar el boceto hice el line art y la capa de colores planos, para ver como iba quedando el personaje!

Process!

Something I love and practice a lot in my illustrations, are foreshortenings and for these you need a pretty broad understanding of anatomy, and although I'm not ignorant I like to use the help of pages like posemaniacs where you can explore different perspectives and see how the muscles could be molded!!!, even if I later stylized the body shape it's too useful a tool!

After finishing the sketch I did the line art and the flat color layer, to see how the character was coming out!

¡Sombras y luces!

¡En la tablet, en la aplicación de Ibis Paint realicé el sombreado y las luces, aunque después a las luces le agregue un material libre de uso de Freepik para darle más énfasis!

Shadows and lights!

On the tablet, in the Ibis Paint app I did the shading and highlights, although later I added a free material from Freepik to the highlights to give it more emphasis!

Un Ilustrador al que estoy siguiendo mucho es Marc Brunet, tiene unos excelentes videos que recomiendo demasiado, si te interesa la ilustración digital!, me he estado inspirando bastante en su estilo, me encantan sus personajes y su acabado!, así que quise probar una herramienta que él recomienda mucho.

An Illustrator I'm following a lot is Marc Brunet, he has some excellent videos that I recommend too, if you're interested in digital illustration!, I've been getting quite inspired by his style, I love his characters and his finish!, so I wanted to try a tool that he recommends a lot.

¡Aquí tienes el tutorial sobre como usar los mapas de degradados! ¡Lo interesante de estos es que puedes manipular la gama de colores y los tonos que con solo una barra! ¡Es una evolución de solo usar los colores planos!

Here's the tutorial on how to use gradient maps! The interesting thing about these is that you can manipulate the range of colors and tones that with just one bar! It's an evolution from just using spot colors!

¡Algo que puedes notar que hice es que cambie el color del vestido a un azul más sombrío, para que hiciera mejor contraste con los rojos y naranjas que vendrían del fuego!, pero acá te dejo como se vería con los colores del arte original!

One thing you may notice that I did is that I changed the color of the dress to a more somber blue, so that it would contrast better with the reds and oranges that would come from the fire, but here's what it would look like with the colors of the original art!

¡Fondo y Materiales!

¡La composición siempre me divierte!, yo inicié usando Photoshop para modificar y manipular fotos, pero ahora que hago ilustraciones, uso mis viejas habilidades para enriquecer lo que hago!

¡Aquí te dejo los materiales usados en esta ilustración!, por si te interesa usarlos! Y te muestro como esta compuesto el fondo!

Background and Materials!

Composition always amuses me, I started using Photoshop to modify and manipulate photos, but now that I do illustrations, I use my old skills to enrich what I do!

Here are the materials used in this illustration, in case you're interested in using them! And I show you how the background is composed!

Humo de Cohetes - Rocket Smoke
Partículas de fuego - Fire Particulates
Partículas de soldadura - Soldering Particles
Vectores de Planteas de fantasía - Vectors of Fantasy Plants

Las líneas de perspectiva las hice en la aplicación para dar dirección de donde vendría el fuego, y agregue las bolas de fuego y el fondo de más atras, es solo una imagen que tenía guardada, muy desenfocada!

I made the perspective lines in the application to give direction to where the fire would come from, and added the fireballs and the background from further back, it's just an image I had saved, very out of focus!

Final

¡Ya al juntar todo y agregar unos toques de corrección y empuje de color, este sería el resultado Final!

When you put it all together and add a few touches of color correction and color boost, this would be the final result!
