My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2023

I started the day with bringing all empty cans I found last weeks to the supermarket to collect the deposit, a total of 80,worth €12 that was literally laying on the street!
Then I went to the barber on my bicycle, when I got home, I had a little DIY project: installing a new Infra Red panel on the ceiling in my daughters bedroom, it has a built in led light, pretty nice.
I started by removing the existing light and smoke detector that was in the way.

Good equipment is needed when you work with electricity.

I soldered the wire ends to ensure good conducting, 700 watts is no joke...

Then I drilled the mounting brackets to the ceiling.

And this is the end result! Of course I also needed to reinstall the smoke detector 👍
