Battle Mage Secrets: Lost Magic by @nozem01

Hi everyone! Welcome to my weekly Splinterlands Blog, today I'll be covering this weeks highlighted ruleset: Lost Magic, in which - of course, no magic monsters are allowed.
Magic units may not be used in battle.
Use Thorns and Demoralize to counter melee attacks.
Use Headwinds and Return Fire to counter ranged attacks.
Units with 2 types of attack (which include magic) cannot be used.
To find out how you can participate in the challenge yourself, you can check out the post yourself here.

First look at the battlefield
Well, no Chwala so that's nice, Life is a nice choice too, the blast from Prismologist together with the scattershot is great and he/she brought shatter too, I'm not sure why @roxis11 chose Grandmaster Rathe instead of General Sloan for extra damage output, I think that would have been a better choice when magic is locked out. Of course the +1 armor does protect the glass cannon Pelacor Arbalest for 1 extra hit, same for Grenadier. (Nice card by the way, I made a bid buy for it on peakmonsters).

My Line-Up:
- Summoner: Kelya Frendul - reason: He has everything I need for this battle: Armor and Speed.
- First position: Diemon Shark - reason: Fast, good damage, high armor and HP.
- Second position: Flying Squid - reason: Reach, good damage.
- Third position: Deeplurker - reason: Opportunity to hunt those glass cannons.
- Fourth position: Drybone Raider - reason: Doublestrike and shatter, I love this card!
- Fifth position: Swamp Spitter - reason: Good damage, repair.
- Sixth position: Angelic Mandarin - reason: Sneak protection, triage to heal blast or sneak damage.
The Battle

Round 1: Grenadier was the first casualty on the battlefield, it had the bad luck of being hit by a scattershot hit, and after that it was killed by Deeplurker. Diemonshark dodged an attack, misses are always nice.

Round 2: Pelacor Arbalest is the 2nd glass cannon that was hunted down by Deeplurker, he's doing his job outstanding! None of my team died yet, triage works nicely. Prismologist with the massive blast is the next one to fall, good, because it's doing a lot of damage. Drybone raiders doublestrike with scattershot shatters two monster's armor, for Deeplurker to finish it off, good synergy.

Round 3:
Well that went fast! Everything on the enemy team died except for War Pegasus, and he can't shoot from the first position while all my monsters are still alive! 😊
In round 4, War Pegasus was killed, that's a sound victory!

More than 1 SPS for this win, the rewards are way better since the bot ban in Modern League, the competition is also better with fighting human players but I feel the last season was harder at this point than this season, I can get a few win streaks every now and then. The start was hard again though, so my winrate this season so far is only at 50%.
How are you guys doing? I'm reading messages sometimes from people getting discouraged with a 10 row loss streak, when I'm hitting multiple losses in a row I stop playing for a while when I have the time to play at a later time in the day. On work days, I don't have this luxury unfortunately.
This is it for this week for my Battle Mage Secrets post, I still need to make my post for the Social Media Challenge but I think that's for the weekend.

Thank you for reading!!!
