Holy Lie

‎Honesty means being truthful in our words and deeds. Unfortunately some people does not consider honesty as a core part of our life. But truth be told honesty should be a core part of everybody's life because of its importance , not just to us but the relationship we have with others and to maintain our reputation.

‎One important thing that comes with being honest is the peace of mind that comes with it. When ones you are honest you have nothing to fear, because wherever and whenever you are being called upon, you are sure of always saying the same thing without misleading people. The truth might not always be that easy to say, because of the fear of what might happen after saying it, but the truth is being honest is streesless and dishonesty comes with stress, because when ones you lie, you must always try to cover up one lie with another lie and that's how it will keep going till the day that the truth is being revealed, because one day the truth will always be revealed.

‎If you want to gain people's trust just be honest and even the day you lie they will believe you. ( Don't try this at home 🤣🤣😂). I ones work in a place that everyone saw our boss as a very difficult, strict lady, because she hardly welcome anybody's excuse and as a lady I felt she thought that if she's not bold or appear difficult that people will not respect her , especially some of her genders that was not of her age in the firm and some few men. So her being difficult was for protection just like the camelion displaying different colours in different situations. But I studied her very well and understood that she was not a difficult person as people sees her. So I had no issues with that, I was doing my work deligently, respected her, if I make any mistake I immediately apologize and corrected myself. I tried my best to be very honest with her. And one faithful week , something came up and I had no choice than to stay away from work without prior information which was the rules of the firm. I just had to put a call across, tell some holy lies 🤣😂 and she accepted. The following week a similar issue came up which made me went to work very late, I called my boss again, informing her that I will be coming a bit late to work that day , she asked why, I came up with another holy lie 🤣😂 and she accepted. Now just imagine I was not always honest all the while, would my holy lie work out when occasion demanded ?
