Hola queridos amigos de Holos- Lotus, una vez mas me encuentro por acá para participar en esta brillante y emotiva iniciativa por la amiga @charjaim "Esa vida nuestra". Somos personas que sentimos y llenos de bondad y que mas de sacar un poco de esos momentos buenos y malos que nos enseñan. Genial esta iniciativa por aca les dejo el link, para que se una mas.

Hello dear friends of Holos-Lotus, once again I am here to participate in this brilliant and moving initiative by the friend @charjaim "That life of ours". We are people who feel and are full of goodness and who else to take a little of those good and bad moments that teach us. Great this initiative here is the link, to join more.

Cada día damos gracias a Dios por un nuevo amanecer, y la vida que nos da. En el transcurrir del dia damos gracias por todos los momentos vividos sean buenos o malos. Las personas nacemos con ese don de bondad y fe solamente hay que activarlo, llenos de muchas emociones que se encuentran y dar esa mano amiga en el momento preciso.

Every day we thank God for a new dawn, and the life he gives us. In the course of the day we give thanks for all the moments lived whether good or bad. People are born with this gift of kindness and faith only need to activate it, full of many emotions that are found and give that helping hand at the right time.

Esa vida nuestra, llena de personas con muchas bondades que lo caracterizan y dan lo mejor de sí, así sea con un solo gesto de mirada. Personas que se alegra por los logros de los demás, aun cuando no lo conoce, simplemente escucha y se alegra, así somos las personas, esos sentimientos se demuestran.

Gente buena que ama ayudar, apoyar en todos momentos que dan su vida por colaborar y demostrar que si se puede. El bienestar emocional que se siente en momentos que necesitamos y nos dan ese aliento de vida, nos llena y dan ganas de seguir avanzando, esos momentos cuesta y valen mucho.

That life of ours, full of people with many kindnesses that characterize it and give the best of themselves, even with a single gesture of look. People who are happy for the achievements of others, even when they do not know him, just listen and rejoice, so we are people, those feelings are demonstrated.

Good people who love to help, support at all times that give their lives to collaborate and demonstrate that if you can. The emotional well-being that is felt in moments that we need and give us that breath of life, fills us and makes us want to keep moving forward, those moments cost and are worth a lot.

Hay que demostrar de lo que estamos hecho

Simplemente demostrar de lo que estas hecho, sin importar el que dirán. Vivir esos momentos gratos y llenar de satisfacción nuestra vida. Esos momentos buenos son los que te llenan y te marcan y ayudar estar en ti.

En mi vida la gente buena ha estado allí, tan solo con su mirada, gesto de amor, besos me fortalecen y agradezco que estuvieran. **Les cuento que hace tres años fui operada de emergencia en la cual no tenia nada para la operación, me faltaba todo. Me sentí preocupada y me centre que Dios me ayudaría. A todas estas me revisaron mientras llegaba lo necesario para la operación. El medico cirujano tratante como sabia que era de vida o muerte, me consiguió que fuera unas de las primeras en ser operada e hizo todos los transmite. Y bueno como hay gente buena mis familiares pudieron reunir el kit de operación. Vi que hasta la doctora que me iba a operar me dijo: Tranquila esta en buenas manos", eso me tranquilizo. Al día siguiente, el medico cirujano era el que me realizaba la cura y velaba que no me faltara nada, tantos momentos vividos que viví y observe el rostro de gente buena que ayudaron.

A pesar de ese momento de angustia vi la mano amiga, generosa, llena de bondad a mi alrededor.

Otro momento que me impacto de de esa vida nuestra fue en una consulta medica que acompañe a mi padre al gastrologo. Simplemente como ya lo había tratado por medio de los seguros, que hoy por hoy no están funcionando y no gozamos de esos. El médico viendo su situación de salud, le dijo a mi padre e hijas que lo llevaran a la consulta y que le llevara algo, mas no le cobraría esos 40 $ (cuarenta dolares) de consulta. Nos quedamos con la boca abierta con tan gran acción. Así que si somos gente buena, tan solo hay que demostrarlo y ganarlo.

You have to show what you are made of

Just show what you are made of, no matter what anyone says. Live those pleasant moments and fill our life with satisfaction. Those good moments are the ones that fill you and mark you and help to be in you.

In my life good people have been there, just with their look, gesture of love, kisses strengthen me and I am grateful that they were there. **I tell you that three years ago I had an emergency operation in which I had nothing for the operation, I lacked everything. I felt worried and I focused that God would help me. I was checked while everything I needed for the operation was arriving. The treating surgeon, knowing that it was life or death, got me to be one of the first to be operated and did all the transmittals. Well, since there are good people, my relatives were able to put together the operation kit. I saw that even the doctor who was going to operate on me told me: "Don't worry, you are in good hands", that reassured me. The next day, the surgeon was the one who performed the treatment and made sure that I was not missing anything, so many moments I lived and I saw the faces of good people who helped me.

In spite of that moment of anguish, I saw the helping hand, generous, full of kindness around me.

Another moment that impacted me in our life was during a medical consultation when I accompanied my father to the gastrologist. Simply because I had already treated him through insurance, which today is not working and we do not enjoy those. The doctor, seeing his health situation, told my father and daughters to take him to the consultation and to bring him something, but he would not charge him those 40 $ (forty dollars) for the consultation. We were left with our mouths open with such a great action. So if we are good people, we just have to show it and earn it.

Hay que sacar de los que estamos hecho, nuestra crianza nos enseñan a tener mucha fe, amor, solidaridad, igualdad, bondad, tantas cosas buenas y que a veces nos dejamos que nos cambie nuestra vida buena y seamos cerrados sin sentimiento alguno, volteando la cara para no apoyar ni hablar.

En el mundo hemos visto tanta acciones buenas que nos llenan y dan alegría que hay personas que aman lo bueno, dando sus buenas palabras de aliento, saludable, de bienestar y fe. Sabemos que de una mala acción vamos atener una enseñanza y desechar lo malo y tomar lo bueno, recapacitar.

Simplemente esa nuestra vida se vive con buenos momentos con besos, abrazos, gestos que fortalecen en todo momento.

Our upbringing teaches us to have a lot of faith, love, solidarity, equality, kindness, so many good things and sometimes we let them change our good life and we are closed without any feeling, turning our face not to support or speak.

In the world we have seen so many good actions that fill us and give us joy that there are people who love the good, giving their good words of encouragement, healthy, welfare and faith. We know that from a bad action we are going to have a lesson and discard the bad and take the good, to rethink.

Simply that our life is lived with good moments with kisses, hugs, gestures that strengthen at all times.
