Easy Home Spinach Soup Recipe For Your Menu

First of all I want to thank @plantpowerhive and the team for inspiring me to share recipes with everyone about the vegan food menu. It doesn't feel like the weekend has arrived again, being in the kitchen is the right choice to spend a beautiful weekend. Cooking is my favorite activity when I have free time after a few days of hectic activities.

Cooking a healthy menu is not always expensive, it is actually maintaining your body's health that is expensive. Therefore, prepare yourself to eat the right foods, one of which is to eat vegetables, such as the vegetables that I prepared for example.

Spinach is a green vegetable that is rich in fiber and vitamins for your body, spinach is also a cheap vegetable and you can easily find it anywhere, be it supermarkets or traditional markets. This time I will process spinach by making a delicious soup that you can eat for your breakfast diet or your lunch menu.

Ingredients

• 1 bunch spinach
• 1 tomato
• 2 Spring onions
• 1 clove of garlic
• 5 green chilies
• 3 red chilies
• 1 tablespoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cut the spinach and wash it thoroughly then cut the red onion and garlic.

Step 2 Next, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.

Step 3 Add 1 liter of water, cook until the water boils and add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Step 4 Cut green chilies, red chilies and tomatoes according to your taste.

Step 5 Once the water starts to boil, add the spinach and red and green chilies, finally add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are wilted over medium heat.
