My cleaning activity on 20/03/2024
Good morning my hive brothers and sisters, I hope you all had a great wonderful and amazing night rest.
Today is another cool morning. So sorry I've been busy all this while. My customer came to visit us and brought a big number of goods and she insists that she'll spend a night with us for two days that's why I've been highly occupied. But I've accompanied her to motor park where she'll take a transport back to her state. It's good to be good and trustworthy because no body knows tomorrow where we'll meet others.
Today, I'll be treating HOSPITALITY AND IT'S IMPORTANCE.
MEANING:-
Hospitality is derived from a Latin word "Hospes" meaning guest, visitors or strangers. Hospitality means the generous and friendly treatment of visitors, guests, or hospitable treatment.
It is creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that makes people or strangers feel at home or comfortable in a place they haven't been before.
It equally means extending a welcome to a guest or creating a home away from home to strangers.
IMPORTANCE OF HOSPITALITY
Hospitality creates a welcoming feel at home to strangers or guest.
It builds a cordial and long lasting relationship between customers.
It creates room for friendship between two communities ( that of the guest and that of whom show the hospitality qualities ).
It encourages trust between the two parties.
