Hello creative people. I hope you all are doing well. Today I come here to share an interesting recipe with you. This is the chicken roast recipe.

Recently I was craving chicken. I wanted to cook chicken differently. I am interested in trying new recipes. so, I decided to cook chicken roast. It can be eaten with plain polao. And it was delicious to taste.

Ingredients-

1. Chicken
2. Chopped onion
3. Green chili
4. Cooking oil
5. Cardamom
6. Cinnamon
7. Bay leaf
8. Peanuts
9. Pepper
10. Yoghurt
11. Garlic, Ginger paste
12. Nutmeg
13. Normal milk
14. Ready mix packet masala
15. Dry grapes
16. Ghee
17. Salt

Chicken Roast Recipe

Making process-

1. I have made some crispy onion first of all.

2. Prick the chicken round with a fork.

3. For chicken roast I took 4 pieces of chicken. Marinated them with salt and curd for half an hour.

4. Then, blend chopped onion, fried onion, raw chillies, sour curd, peanuts, nutmeg and pepper in a blender jar.

5. Then lightly fry the chicken pieces.

6. Then put half a cup of oil in a pan and put some cardamom and bay leaves in it.Then I added the blended spices to it.

7. After frying it for a while, I added some green chillies, salt and a little water. So that the spice does not burn.

8. After cooking for a while, I added the ginger garlic paste.

9. Then I gave milk like 1 cup with the gravy.

10. Finally, I gave the fried chicken with the gravy. I spread ready-mix spices, fried onions and dry grapes to enhance the taste.

11. Then I add 2 tablespoons of ghee and now it is ready to serve.

There is no one who will not like this recipe. Everyone in our family liked it a lot. It is good to eat and takes less time to cook. Everyone should try at least once at home.
