Hello Hive, How are you friends. Hopefully all are well and in a sound health. I am fine and really enjoying this winter season. In this time we found many nutritious Vegetables, I really love to eat cauliflower. I eat cauliflower in a variety of ways, sometimes as a stir-fry and sometimes in curries. Cauliflower tastes amazing to me no matter how it is cooked. It is very nutritious to eat and I know many people like it. Today I will show you our Bengali style cooking with tilapia fish. So let's see my recipe.
- Cauliflower - 1 pc
- Telapia fish - 5 pieces
- Potato - 200 gm
- Tomatoes- 2 pcs
- Onion chop - Half cup
- coriander leaves - As needed
- Chili powder - 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
- Cumin powder - 1 spoon
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
In the beginning, I cut this cauliflower and separated the flower. After that I washed put them in a sieve.
Now I boiled potatoes for 20 minutes with the amount of water in a pot. When the potatoes are little cold, smashed them well with my hands.
On this step I add Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt with the fishes. Then mixed the spices with fishes by hand.
Now I put a pot on the oven and applied some cooking oil. Then I fried the fishes and took them in a bowl.
Now I put a pot on oven and applied some cooking oil.Then I give the onion chops and fried them in brown colour. After that I applied Turmeric powder Chili powder Garlic paste Cumin powder and salt on it. I mixed them properly and cooked for some time.
Now I put the cauliflower and mixed them properly with spices. Then cooked for five minutes.
On this step I added the smashed potatoes and give some broth on it.
Its time to give fishes and cooked for fifteen minutes.
Now when the broth is dry, spread chopped coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Our cooking is over, now it's time to serve.
This is truly delicious food. The taste of the curry is unmatched and I eat it with great satisfaction. Especially of the smashed potato with the cauliflower brings the extra taste 😋 Hopefully all friends will like my Recipe, you can try it on your own kitchen. Good bye for today.
