Hello friend's 🤗 Good Morning from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Vegan Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe. Today I am going to cook Watermelon peel's with Lentils. The taste of this food you can't imagine.

There are many benefits of eating watermelon peels, it Replenishes body dehydration. It also solves digestive problems. It is useful in solving sleep problems and relieves various pains.
Yesterday my husband bought a watermelon for us, my children love eating watermelon. After eating watermelon, I decided to cook its peel because I know about its nutritional value. Let's start this wonderful cooking.

  • Watermelon peel's - 500 gm
  • Lentils - 200 gm
  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Chili powder - 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
  • Zinger past - 1 spoon
  • Green chili - on taste

First I cut the watermelon and separated the inner part, then peeled it and cut it into small pieces.

Now wash the lentils and put them in a bowl and prepare other cooking ingredients.

Now put a pot on the stove and pour enough soybean oil. After that I fried the onions well with garlic cloves and bay leaves.

Now I fried it with lentils for a while.

In this step I fried the watermelon rinds for some time.

Now add turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder and salt one by one . Now mix all the spices together.After that, I sauteed it in masala for five minutes.

Now I cooked it for twenty minutes with the same amount of broth. When the broth dries up, we are done cooking. Now it's time to serve.
