Vegan Recipe: Smashed Mustard Spinach with Potatoes. || Nutritious food.
Hello Hive, how are you all friends? Hope everyone is well. Wishing everyone good health. There is a lot of winter in our country. Everyone young and old, is suffering from various diseases. It is very important to eat nutritious food during this time. So today I have come to you with a nutritious food recipe. My recipe today is Smashed Mustard Spinach with Potatoes. Nutritious spinach contains high amounts of vitamins A, C and K. Also, the powerful antioxidants present in it help to keep us healthy from various diseases. So no doubt this is going to be a nutritious meal recipe. This recipe learn from my mother and it is very delicious to eat. So today I made this Smashed Mustard Spinach with Potatoes myself.
So let's see what ingredients are needed to make our Smashed Mustard Spinach with Potatoes.
- Mustard Spinach- 200 grams
- Potatoes - two large ones
- Onion - large size one
- Dry chillies- four pieces
- Mustard oil- as required
- Salt - to taste

In the beginning, I removed the roots of mustard spinach bought from the market and took them in a sieve. Then cut them into small pieces and washed them again with water.

Then I chopped the onion and boiled the potatoes.

Then put a pan on the stove and lightly fry the mustard spinach in it without oil.

Then I fried the dry chillies in a frypan with light mustard oil.

Then smashed the potatoes and mix them well with onions, chillies, mustard oil and salt.
Now mix everything well with Mustard Spinach fried with mustard oil. Our delicious and nutritious Smashed Mustard Spinach with Potatoes is ready.
