Give us pistols for self defense and take toxic substances (marijuana)

Nigeria is my country that I am so much in love with irrespective of the political crisis that has risen within the politicians,citizens and the law itself.

I believe that Nigeria being a developing country is bound to face diverse ups and downs including corruption, Injustice among citizens and lots more. NGN/USD currently is nothing to write about as the NGN is growing very much weaker against the USD without any hope of liberation for the Nigerian Naira.

Against all odds, Nigeria equally has many things that are banned in the country and honestly, some are for the better, but some? Some are banned so that the corrupt politicians can continue with their immoral act.

In this post, I will be talking mainly in the things that are banned which i do not like and those that are supposed to be banned but is not banned. So, I think you should grab a drink and allow me take you into a journey of the banned things of Nigeria.

WHAT DID NIGERIA BANNED THAT IF I HAD THE POWER, I WILL UNBAN IT

Nigeria as said earlier has things that are banned which, I personally am in support. things like contraband medications without a doubt are to be banned as it pose a great threat in the lives of individuals. But you see guns? An air pistol? I think it is not supposed to be banned in Nigeria.

Matters are arising and the politicians are behaving in a way that is not supposed to.fee years back, there was a massacre of youths in Lekki Lagos state. Few days ago, Nigerians came out to carry out a "peaceful protest" on behalf of the murder (according to Nigerians) of musician Mohbad but guess what the politicians did? Yep you're right, the threatened the peaceful protesters and made them run with their tails behind their ass like a scared dog.

Except that, the rate of death as a result of corruption (both from the politicians and fellow stronger citizens) is quite alarming, (just that the press don't publish these details). The bokoharam era when killing were rampant, even currently the unknown gun men are terrorizing the peace of the country just because we the citizens are weak without any aid for self-defence.

Now tell me, had it been pistols were legalized, will rate of death as a result of rape, theft, unknown gun men e.t.c be as high as it is? No.
Will the politicians have the morale to practice this unfair politics against the choice of the citizens? No.

If I have the power to, I will legalize the use of pistols and regulate it with the help of the professional armed forces who came to serve the country with all their heart. Different countries (I don't want to mention names) have legalized the use of pistols for self defense and properly regulate it's use. Trust me, things are going smoothly and not as worst as it is in Nigeria.

WHAT IS THE ONE THING PEOPLE USE FREELY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE BANNED

Nigeria from my perspective is a place without an acting and transparent force to regulate the activities of people.

One thing people, mainly youths, use freely that needs to be banned is Marijuana and it's other brands like Arizona, Loud, Methamphetamine (also called ice, crack or guzoro), mali, colos, e.t.c

Irrespective of the fact that marijuana has a medical use, it should be banned from the surface of the country as it has caused more harm than good.

These smokes have ruined the lives of many individuals in the country, including some of my friends. I have first hand experiences of the people it ruined and trust me, it pains a lot to see a very close friend go mad because of stupid things like these.

However, if I have the power to, I will eradicate things like these (hard and toxic substances), from the surface of the earth and regulate with outmost caution, strict warning and heavy punishment on the use of marijuana for medical (psychiatric) purposes.
