El día inicia. Apenas se intuyen los pasos del sol por los escalones del cielo y la sustancia de los objetos salen de su oscuro letargo para recobrar la vital vibración que trae la luz a los sentidos. Tenemos ante nuestra mirada el día completo, íntegro, intacto, dispuesto para que saquemos de él el mayor provecho. Para que hagamos de él un recuerdo memorable mañana, cuando le reemplace un nuevo día.

The day begins. The steps of the sun on the steps of the sky can hardly be intuited and the substance of the objects come out of their dark lethargy to recover the vital vibration that brings the light to the senses.
We have before our eyes the whole day, whole, intact, ready for us to make the most of it. So that we can make it a memorable memory tomorrow, when a new day replaces it.

Somos seres eléctricos. Somos capaces de tomar la energía primaria del agua proveniente de los cielos y hacer que mueva las turbinas que nuestras manos han construido para sustentar el suelo y que este produzca los alimentos necesarios que nos permitan seguir avanzando en la búsqueda de sociedades más justas, responsables y, tal vez, un poco más sabias.

We're electric beings. We are capable of taking the primary energy of water from the heavens and making it move the turbines that our hands have built to sustain the soil, and that the soil produces the necessary food that will allow us to continue moving forward in the search for more just, responsible and perhaps a little wiser societies.

Aunque a la mayoría de nosotros esta epidemia nos resulte inédita, debemos recordar que otras veces en tiempos no tan lejanos hemos experimentado, como humanidad, episodios similares, difíciles, peligrosos, que han encendido las alarmas de la supervivencia y que finalmente hemos logrado tener el entendimiento para superar esos momentos caóticos, críticos. Hemos podido llegar a ver este sol que hoy está naciendo. Por eso debemos hacer lo necesario para encontrar lo más pronto posible la cura a este virus y seguir adelante, siempre adelante.

Although for most of us this epidemic is unprecedented, we must remember that other times in not so distant times we have experienced, as humanity, similar, difficult, dangerous episodes that have set off the alarms of survival and that finally we have managed to have the understanding to overcome those chaotic, critical moments. We have been able to see this sun that is rising today. That is why we must do what is necessary to find a cure for this virus as soon as possible and move forward, always forward.

Debemos alzar la mirada y observar el cielo, que siempre está allí, sin importar las circunstancias por las que estemos atravesando. Mirar el cielo causa placer, alegría y nos llena de esperanzas.

We must raise our eyes and observe the sky, which is always there, no matter what circumstances we are going through. Looking at the sky causes pleasure, joy and fills us with hope.

The melancholy cloud flakes that pass over the home will leave with the wind, become rain on the fields, fall in torrents to the dams to be stored and return home to quench our thirst.

Los melancólicos copos de nubes que pasan sobre el hogar se irán con el viento, se convertirán en lluvias sobre los campos, caerán en torrentes a las represas para ser almacenadas y volverán a casa para saciar nuestra sed.
