Good morning friends, yesterday the president of Nigeria Mohammadu Buhari unveiled the newly designed naira notes and ordered them to begin circulation. Since then they have been different reactions from citizens, some people make fun of the new naira notes they said a lot of things meaning they don’t like the new note some say they just added some colors to the note that everything is still the same as it is. Some said it shouldn’t have been redesigned. Honestly, I don’t know what will ever satisfy my fellow countrymen, my friend while discussing the new notes made a statement that If truly such creativity was used in designing the official currency. It means having the best education with certificates doesn’t mean you are the best.

I was shocked to do they so hate the new notes. They should be happy at least and look at the bright side of the new naira notes. Well, they can only talk their words won’t make them redesign it to their taste, as a nation it is said that it is essential to change or redesign its currency from time to time but as for the Naira notes the case is different because for a very long time now the Naira notes have been the same the very time they have decided to redesign it we are still not satisfied, making the notes beautiful is not essential so long as it is recognized as what we use for buying and selling the beatification is not essential. They have discovered that redesigning the currency will help fight corruption and money laundering in the nation.

I can’t wait to get hold of the newly designed notes. Since when CBN announced the redesigning of the Naira banks have been closing late and some even work on Sundays because everyone wants to deposit. Some individuals were arrested by EFCC after they discovered a pit inside their home where lots of Naira notes were stored they wouldn’t have found out thanks to the redesigning of the naira note. After the 14th of December which is the day the new naira will begin full circulation CBN will set up a withdrawal limit for everyone meaning you can withdraw only a certain amount, I think maybe the printed amount is limited I am happy with the new development. Sadly some people won’t be able to spend the way they want this Christmas but in a way, it's good because they are people that will spend all they have during this festive season and beg to feed next year by putting up a withdrawal limit they are helping some reckless money spenders.

So now my country has to redesign its currency ha-ha I wish the new Naira good luck hopefully it will come and fight the dollar and gain its number one position internationally this is possible don’t doubt this you never can tell.
