Tuve que cambiar la temática de lo que había pensado por tal motivo aparecen algunos ingredientes que no les tome fotos porque ya estaba sobre la hora y tenía un compromiso con mi esposa y con un canal de voz.

✔️ 1 Papa ( solanum tuberosum ).

✔️ 1/2 Cucharada de paprika ( capsicum annuum ).

✔️ 1/2 Cucharada de orégano ( origanum vulgare ).

✔️ 150 g De queso llanero rallado.

✔️ Sal al gusto.

✔️ Aceite vegetal con colorante natural onoto ( bixa orellana ).

Ingredients:

✔️ 150 g ground or minced meat.

✔️ 2 Eggs.

✔️ 2 branches of coriander (coriandrum sativum).

✔️ 2 Branches of chives (allium schoenoprasum).

✔️ 3 Peppers (capsicum annuum).

✔️ 1 Casabe cake.

✔️ 1 Onion (allium cepa).

✔️ 9 Garlic cloves (Allium sativum).

✔️ 1 Potato ( solanum tuberosum ).

✔️ 1/2 tablespoon of paprika (capsicum annuum).

✔️ 1/2 tablespoon of oregano (origanum vulgare).

✔️ 150 g of grated llanero cheese.

✔️ Salt to taste.

✔️ Vegetable oil with natural coloring onoto (bixa orellana).

Coloque en una sartén donde había preparado la carne dos cucharadas de aceite y le puse un poco de huevo batido para hacer la base, luego eche una capa de la mezcla y una de queso llanero rallado, termine de echar la otra capa, el resto del huevo batido por último le puse otra capa de queso rallado, la tape y dejé cocer por cinco minutos , con ayuda de una bandeja, tapa o plato le di la vuelta para completar la cocción de ambas caras .
