Lol I feel you on that leg-day comeback pain. I stopped gyms for months and when I went back I also did 40 min cardio then machines and walked out shaking but weirdly happy. I still try to walk outside or do home stuff when I can. I even grabbed a strappy racerback like this https://store.betterme.world/products/strappy-racerback-top-ballet-pink makes me wanna move more.
