I welcome you to my blog. One way or another, we all tend to undergo stress, and we all look for a way to ease our stress. We have adapted different ways and methods to help us overcome stress. Overcoming stress is no easy feat to achieve because every day comes with a higher level of stress than the previous day. Whatever or wherever helps to ease your stress should be treasured. If you don't have a spot where you go and feel relieved from your stress, you need to work on how to get one, as nothing beats the feeling and peace that fills your mind the moment you step foot there.

We all have places we visit whenever we are having a rough day. These places help to put us in a better mood, and we run there whenever we feel the need. Sometimes we go solo, sometimes with friends, to make it even more fun. Going solo can be a little boring, but it will help you focus more and enjoy your favorite spot better. But with friends comes the fun, but you won't have the room for focus, but the fun will be top-notch. Sometimes I prefer going solo to my favorite spot, but only to get there and find my friends there as well.

There are so many places I go to when I am feeling down, and they act like healers; before I leave, I'll be feeling better and even happier than I was before I came. These places serve as therapy, and if I am not in my room, I am in one of these places since I hardly leave my room unless I am forced to do so. The places I visit to clear my head include the stadium since I am a football lover, viewing centers, and the cool love garden behind the college of engineering.

My favorite spot for a getaway is the cool love garden behind my college. That spot is cool no matter how hot the weather might be; this particular spot never gets hot. There is no way you can go there and not enjoy the cool breeze from the trees planted all around it. Sometimes I go there with friends, and we spend some time there appreciating nature for how beautiful it is. Sometimes I go there when I want to be alone and want the room to myself, but the love birds won't even let you focus.

Yes, as the name implies, love birds come there too to hang out and make memories. Watching them do their lovey-dovey things will make you wish you came with a partner too, to enjoy your favorite spot and the cool breeze. Watching these love birds run around the chairs leaves one smiling sometimes, but sometimes it is a kind of distraction as you start picturing yourself in love too 😂. Sometimes when you talk to them to let them know they are tampering with your focus, they tell you it is called a love garden not where you come alone so instead of talking you just let them do their thing.
