Summer Holiday Beneath The Ocean: Yay or Nay

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog. One thing we all as human beings always look forward to is when we get to take a break from work, school, or anything that takes up all of our time and have some time to ourselves. From childhood days we could not wait to take a break from school, travel to go spend the holiday with an uncle or an aunty, enjoy a change of environment, or just have the morning to ourselves, not one where you wake up and not even have time to rest like your body requires you to and you are rushing out to work or to school.

I think both young and old adults look forward to holidays; no matter how much we love the job or love academics, there are times when we just want some time off, and we just want some time to ourselves with no interruption at all. Despite being an adult, there are days when I wake up and I wish I could just write my resignation letter and send it to the office, not because I don't want to work anymore but because I woke up in the morning and my body is asking for more rest and I feel too tired to even report to work, but since I cannot do that, I have to force myself to show up.

Down here we do not have summer, as we experience mostly two major seasons, which are the rainy and dry seasons, and since the dry season is the closest to summer, which indicates hot weather, I will be using that to respond to the prompt. So will I want to spend any holiday I get during the dry season beneath the ocean? My answer to this is yes, considering how hot the weather becomes during this time. During this time even a fan can solve the problem, but I think a house or a vacation under the ocean can, too. I saw a video on TikTok of a glass house under the ocean, and the sight is one to really behold, even though I know living in such a house can be risky because if that transparent glass gets broken and the water makes its way into the house, chances of survival are small, but I think that sight is worth the risk. Enjoying nature at such close proximity is one that can leave you actually wanting more.

I am one that hates to put myself in any position that exposes me to danger, but that video really made me want to have that experience, and if the opportunity comes knocking, I think I am taking it. Also, the fact that it will be a lot colder than living on the face of the earth, so beneath the ocean it is.

Every civil servant looks forward to time off. I enjoy my annual leave, and during that period, I rest a lot and refuel for the comeback. But you see, this is one of going beneath the ocean. It is a no-no for me. I do not know how to swim and don't like it at all. So I will prepare to watch the summer remotely if there are options like that, if not. I rest my case and enjoy myself. Life does not have a duplicate. Thank you for sharing.

I also cannot swim oo 😂, I am not alone and I wonder why put myself that if anything goes wrong will require me to swim.

Thanks for stopping by.

Safety first and if it is not safe, I should not try it. I am sticking by that policy. Life does not have duplicateooo.

That's a good one bro, the sight seeing on its own is enough.
