Mitad de semana y casi fin de mes... ¡gracias a Dios! Marzo se me ha hecho eterno y me siento cansada. Pero en el lado positivo, me emociona mucho que esté empezando la primavera y poco a poco los días más fríos vayan pasando. Vengo de una semana de muchas emociones: cambio de trabajo, mi amada perrita de 16 años estuvo malita y agradezco que se haya recuperado bien. Agradezco la fiel compañía de mi hermoso compañero de vida en las buenas y en las malas. Y entre otras noticias, les comparto una foto de mi tarro de miel con ajo macerado, he estado tomándolo por meses y me ha ayudado a no enfermarme, lo recomiendo mucho. Y para terminar: una foto de mi almuerzo delicioso del día de ayer con pollito, brocoli, aguacate y champiñones.

It’s the middle of the week and almost the end of the month… thank goodness! March has felt like it’s gone on forever, and I’m feeling tired. But on the bright side, I’m really excited that spring is starting and the coldest days are slowly passing. I’ve had a very emotional week: a new job, my beloved 16-year-old dog was a little sick, and I’m grateful she’s made a full recovery. I’m grateful for the loyal companionship of my beautiful life partner through thick and thin. And among other news, I’m sharing a photo of my jar of honey with macerated garlic—I’ve been taking it for months and it’s helped me stay healthy; I highly recommend it. And to wrap things up: a photo of my delicious lunch from yesterday with chicken, broccoli, avocado, and mushrooms.
