Hunmmmm! You see, one of my friend offend me and it hurt so badly that ever since the incident happened I still resent him. I wish to let go like I should forgive and forget but each time I see him I feel like hurting him too.

I know that feeling, but letting go is actually for our own benefit, not theirs, I don't know what he did to you but the did is already done, don't let him still robb you if your peace of mind, let go sis.
