Anytime I am going through a tough time, I always remember what my mum use to tell is that no matter what we are going through is just a phase and it is not permanent, we should never blame a day because everything that happens has its reason. If we have a good days it will give us joy but bad days come with experience and we learn our lesson from our worst days
