What Does Writing Mean To You?

We are in a era when a lot of people don't like to write, or let me say they are not used to writing. I think this is simply because things have been digitalized and made easy in such a way that most people are losing the patience to put up with writing. Some people even prefer to make their opinion known through videos because they believe it is stressful to write.

As a matter of fact, this has been happening to me too for the past few months. I've always loved writing from way back 2018 when I became a writer. I would spend most of my days writing about different topics from blockchain to cryptocurrency to lifestyle to science and even to poetry.

No doubt, writing is a beautiful way to express ourselves. It is one of the best way to make our feelings known to others. Writing means a lot to me and many people if am not mistaking. Without exaggerating, I have been seen quite a good number of people who are in love with writing here on Hive and other web3 as well as web2 social media platforms.

Well, it might seem a lot easier for some people to say we are only writing for the money. I wouldn't deny the fact that some people are writing for the money. However, I would like to point out something very important to you and which is "the passion".

What I want you to realise is that, without the passion, it's difficult to be consistent with things even when money is involved. Passion have a huge role to play in situations like this. Passion is what keeps you going even when you feel you reluctant to write due to one reason or the other. Passion is what keeps the idea of what to write about flowing in.

As far as am concerned, Writing is a big feature that everyone need to develop passion for. I've got passion for writing. I'm sure a lot of hivers here have passion for writing as well. Writing rules the world and as such, let's learn to write from time to time without any other thing attached.
