Experience they say is the best teacher, and life is a learning process.

I'm a farmer, A proud one, i so much find joy in what i do and thats one of the basis of life,
Previously I've engaged in cassava farming and I'm not pretty successful with it as i want, many disasters recorded then, from pests and diseases attack to other issues, ants eating up the roots and all, the cassave leaves chsnging color from green to yellow.

So i dont want to make same mistakes this year and that has led me to visit a man's farm who i have known for years to be a successful cassava farm owner to learn a few thing from him and also to get some stems of cassava to be planted.

Now looks like I'm ready for the planting season as I will use everything I've seen and learnt from this site into my own farm as time goes by.

Issues giving me worry;

Perhaps using fertiliser will be much more good for the cassava, now i begin to source for fund so as to get some fertiliser to use along with the organic manure of my chicken dunks.

The soil here might not be so good to plant, but addimg manure or fertiliser will help improve the outcome.
