Where Is The Love?
A lot of people keep searching for the answer
No one seem to know and it slips away like a dancer
There is no solution in sight and it spreads like cancer
Most people want to play, no one wants commitment, it's like fanfare
Most people settle for convenience rather than love
They go for the easier option because they want to be defined
We live in a society that thrives on title
They look down on you when you are single or unmarried
Everyone puts themselves under pressure for no reason
Well, they don't want to be judged by society's judgemental gaze
They seem to search frantically so they can find their heart a space
It doesn't matter whether love is there or not, they just want a place
Where is the love that everyone seem to be out of touch with it?
Are humans not naturally born with so much love in their heart?
Why is it that we have deception everywhere on earth?
Everyone is in it half heartedly and out for easy options
Their hearts seem to be on sale, ready for the auction
We try so much to convince ourselves with all words concoction
But the heart knows when it loves or not, it's a normal deduction
Where is the love nowadays? Everyone's heart seem cold

A very good question for so many hearts. Everyone is busy chasing money and they have no time for a relationship. It's sad that most people go into a relationship because of what's in it for them and love seem to be secondary for most people these days. Gone are the days when I love you means so much but not anymore...
That's it...love for money has taken over love for others. Some people even deceive others in the name of love 😂🤣😂🤣. How cold hearted can people be, really... Whatever rocks their boat I guess... We just have to accept the new reality of life that love is fading gradually...
It's a sad new reality but we have little effort to make because we can't change other people's actions. It is well.

This is usually due to culture until today most friends and family asking for a child from me which I cannot give I can't find the right one to share the joy of a baby's life with.

Love has an expiration date, and love based on deceptions and lies will not last.
It's better to stay single than married to the wrong one.
Some love is based on how much money you make, while others are based on how well you perform in bed.
Relatively, there is more to tell, but what is most important in love is when your other half will accept you for who you are and never give up on you.
That seems to be a rare occurrence these days. Because most people find it easy to end a relationship or divorce. That's is the easiest option they have to make.
My partner pass away in an accident and his love will always stays. After him, it's hard for me to find his replacement. For me, love that end with death, last forever.

Regarding my deceased partner, he has left me a priceless gift despite the fact that he is no longer with us. Our little girl. And I'm so grateful to God for giving me a reason to live.

She is and it always will be. For the time being, she's not with me; my in-laws were the ones who looked after her. Since my late partner was the only son, she is the only heir in the family. So, I let them look after her.
