A Princess.

If I've got no shoes,
And I've got no dress,
Do you really mean I'm not a princess?
Is owning a dress and shoes,
The requirement for the life of a princess?

I wish the world is not stereotypical,
I wish I can be what I want, just by wishing,
I wish I can just close my eyes and imagine,
Then I will become,
The perfect picture of my imagination.

As I've got no shoes
And I've got no dress,
How do I become a princess?
I have prepared, I have made up my mind,
Will my lack delay the fulfilment of my dreams?

If you've got some shoes,
If you've got some dresses,
Could you please gift me?
Gift me one of each,
Let this dream be within my reach.

But even if I don't,
If I still don't have the shoes and the dress,
I will not give up on my dream.
And until the day I become a princess,
I will keep my dreams alive.

Most of the times we define ourselves by the things we have and things we don't have. Who you are is a state of mind and if you can conceive it in your mind, you can work towards it if you keep at it. The world is your stage, just dazzle...

Thank you for your time.

My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.

Still me,

My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.

Even comparing ourselves with other people is the quickest way to get heart attack and be unnecessarily unhappy. It's better to be content with what we have while pursing the rest of the things that we think we will need in the future.
Great poem 😍

Contentment...that's it. Thanks a lot for that. Yes, comparison with others that we don't even know their stories... that's a confirmed recipe for failure and heartbreak.

A person should never compare his own personality with another because every person has a special thing inside him which cannot be in another person, that is why a person is special and the way We are watching and from this we have learned a lot that when we are worried about anything we should not take tension and then in this way we have learned the same thing from the point that man read from his morals. It becomes human.

Your words are truly inspiring!
It's a beautiful reminder that our worth and identity should never be defined by material possessions.
Your message resonates deeply – we should all strive to be the authors of our own stories and the architects of our dreams. Thank you for sharing such a powerful and uplifting message. 🌟👑

We need to be a major character in our life's story and not be defined by material things which fades. Thank you so much. It delights me to have you here. 🥰😍🤗

This is lovely, I learnt two lessons from here.

Sometimes we focus more on material things more than our personal growth which affect us in every aspect

We mustn't compare ourselves with material things, There is more to life than material

The ending part shows someone who is determined to pursue her dreams, It is a good idea that she wasn't giving up but if only she could channel that energy to her personal growth, imagine what she would become

A person never becomes a good person by his clothes, a person becomes a good person by his morals, as we have read here that even if this girl is not wearing good clothes, she is still a princess because girls are princesses of man. The attitude of seeing tells how a person is seeing, so it is better that if a person's morals are good, then all things look good and people meet each other in a good way and this is where everything happens.

Great poem friend and you're right, I am one of those who think that the material is only temporary and many people define you as you walk dressed if you wear branded clothes and those things when the important thing is what is inside you, but in the end all women are princesses in my opinion, a great poem =)
