If Only She Knew...

She said I am one in a billion and she is right
Because I believe we are all unique in our ways and might
She said I always make her happy and I feel alright
With the thoughts of being the one to do that to her
But if only she knows how her smile sets my heart on fire
So much that I would do just about anything to keep those smiles
If only she knew the effect she gives to me
Weighs more than the words my pen can carve out for her
If only she knew how special she is
Then she would understand why I decided to treat her like a Queen
She said no one has ever made her feel appreciated this way
If only she knows how privileged I am to give her that effect
I see her through the eyes the wonders of the world
She is soothing like a cold drink on a sunny day
She is a relief just as the rain is to a thirsty ground
I looked up to God and thanked Him that you, I found
And forever our coming together with love and care would be bound
If only she knew...
Then she would know she's more of a blessing to me than I am to her

Thank you for your time.

My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.

Still me,

My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.

Well scribbled. Each stanza took a definite stand to address the mind of the man in the picture.
Nicely done bruv.
